RIP OFF - STAY AWAY!

They entice you with their "low prices" and then they renege after they get your deposit! I ordered a bed from them that was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks of the order; then they kept saying it is on back order, back order, back order. Then finally, 3 months later, they call saying that it is here, but when I asked them to waive the delivery fee of $30.00 since it took so long, rather than doing so as part of good customer service, the owner -- a psycho screaming his head off -- refused to deliver it at all, saying I must now come and pick it up myself! WTF?! So when I demand my deposit back, they say "store credit only"! WTF?! So now what? Small claims court to try to get my $100 deposit back?! NOT WORTH IT -- GO ELSEWHERE, PEOPLE!!

• Pros: Allegedly the price - but not worth the headache!
• Cons: Psycho owner's refusal to deliver the goods!
