Terrible service and cold coffee!. The manager (or maybe he was the owner...who knows) was so rude. I went the morning of the Rose Parade on 1/1 and he was very rude and could care less about the customers. He moved slower than a snail and took a 4-5 minute break between each customer. The line was out the door! I made a comment in a friendly way when he took our order that he didn't seem to be in any hurry to get through the line and he said "nope!" in a very sny way. It was early, everyone was just there to have fun, enjoy the parade and get a coffee and he clearly did not want to be there. So I waited for over 30 minutes and then the coffee was cold. I think it came out of a microwave too. I'm sure this place is fine for lunch but his terrible attitude will certainly keep me away.
