Excellent personalized service!.
The entire staff was excellent. Everyone is friendly, courteous and I didn't have to wait in line like I always do at B of A. Waiting area offers coffee, cookies and magazines, not that I had to wait, but a nice touch nontheless. They also seem to know the customers, calling them by name and talking as if they were friends.
Nice branch manager too!
