Workmanship was extraordinary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you to AG Heating & Air Conditioning as well as your staff for making a major transition a painless one. We were very reluctant to have our heating and air conditioning installed and upgraded right before the summer season because we heard of so many horror stories about what others had experienced during this transition. Your professionalism and that of your staff made us comfortable right from the beginning. I have never before received the attention to detail, quality, and service that we experienced with your company. Every one of your workers was extremely considerate and their workmanship was extraordinary. We take great pleasure in thanking you for your personal involvement throughout the project. One's I only use. My name is Bill Waite I have been in business for over 21 years. In all my years as a builder and developer, subcontractors have played a significant role in how I do business. From submitting a bid to servicing warranty work, a quality subcontractor will strongly influence your level of success and quality of your reputation.

HVAC work is one of the four main trades necessary to complete the development of a new home or building. We have had many HVAC subcontractors start off strong and quickly fall below the standards we uphold. Each of those situations had us searching for a new subcontractor to work with.

Our search for the perfect HVAC subcontractor ended the day we crossed paths with AG Heating & Air Conditioning. AG Heating & Air Conditioning has been with us for nearly 4 years and from day 1 has been to good to be true. The owner of the company and his crew has made my life easier than any other pervious HVAC subcontractor to date. I am always able to reach them night or day. If I’m in a pinch with scheduling, they always finds a way to accommodate my needs. I can honestly say that their design capabilities have been superior to what I have seen in from many others and the proof of that is 0 call backs and 0 unsatisfied customers from work they have done.

When the owner of AG Heating & Air Conditioning, called and asked that I write a description of my experience with his company I had no reservations on fulfilling his request. As much as I would like to keep AG Heating & Air Conditioning and their crew all to myself, I feel that AG Heating & Air Conditioning deserves the recognition for all of their efforts. Their dedication and commitment to quality service and installation has them well positioned for continued growth well into the future

Incredible. "I had an incredible experience with AG Heating & Air Conditioning. We had no heat at my condo for several days (temp. inside got to 35 degrees!). The reason it took so long to fix was because I made the mistake of going through another company first! After that other company charged me more than $700 over the course of their 3 trips to my condo to fix the same problem, when the issue still wasn't resolved, rather than use them for a fourth time, I called AG Heating & Air Conditioning. For starters, AG Heating & Air Conditioning picked up the phone (which is a huge plus). I explained to him my dilemma, and they had someone over within an hour. 30 minutes later, the problem was fixed, and we've had heat ever since. AG Heating & Air Conditioning even called me that night to make sure everything was OK. EXCEPTIONAL customer service & professionalism."

Positive Experience. I'd like to thank AG Heating & Air Conditioning for the positive experience I have had in doing business with your firm. At the outset, meeting you at a local Home Depot, you distinguished yourselves by being different than many of the other mechanical firms and that positive difference has been displayed time and time again. You showed up when you set appointments and followed through to accomplish all that was set out in the initial sales call. The staff that was in and around our home during various stages of the process was professional at all times.

They took as much time as was necessary to answer questions and do the calculations to provide an accurately sized system to meet our needs. We appreciated their knowledge and ability to communicate the essentials to us during this phase of the process.

Another way that you showed you could be trusted was in delivering the estimated product. As in any project, there were opportunities for things to change when unexpected issues cropped up. Your original estimate was the same as the final bill, no surprises.

We've also experienced a small problem since the system was installed and you were timely in your response to troubleshoot and minimize the impact on us. Issue was resolved in 10 minutes. Seriously thank you! Our best wishes to your future success.

My wife and I want to thank you. My wife and I want to thank you and your team at f AG Heating & Air Conditioning or the superb installation of our new air conditioner and furnace. A new air conditioner is a big expense, one that needs reassurance that we picked the right company to contract with. From your estimator who worked with our request for the tax credit, to the precision and experienced work of your estimator, our relationship with your company was a positive experience.

We believe your family business can do nothing but flourish if you treat every customer as you treated us.

We had two other estimates to replace our air conditioner and furnace. Your quote was more reasonable than both others.

Rest assured we will recommend AG Heating & Air Conditioning to any one of our friends who are in need of a new A/C or service on existing equipment.

Thank You So Much.. We met with AG Heating & Air Conditioning and bought the central air system for our house we were living in then. In July we bought a bigger house so my brother Kyle could move in with us and started the process of making the house more energy efficient. Kyle wanted to add solar panels to the roof and we were dealing with several estimators on this. At the same time I wanted to get a new air conditioning and heating unit for this house so had AG Heating & Air Conditioning come out and do that. I asked questions about the a/c unit we had and had them do a consult on the efficiency of our units. One seemed to run all the time. They gave us a very reasonable price and we accepted it. The thing that impressed me the most was we had already picked someone to do the solar panels, all 40 of them and a solar water heater and AG Heating & Air Conditioning was willing and more than able to work around those guys and take down 2 a/c units, a swamp cooler and install 2 new a/c units in 2 days. They also reworked the duct work in our pantry and made it more efficient and quiet. All the guys were great and cleaned up fantastically .

Our light bill was cut in half and I give credit to the new units. We bought two 4 ton 16 seer Lennox hybrid systems and are very happy with the results.

Absolutely Right. I would like to take this moment to congratulate you on the professionalism of your staff. I am referring particularly your Sales Manager who recently sold me an air-conditioning system for my home, replacing a 20 year old system. He was immensely patient in answering my many questions and out did himself in commiserating with me about the price which was his most difficult sell, all the time ensuring me about the quality of the product. He truly is a very good salesperson and a very simpatico person, as well. He made spending so much money almost pleasurable (if that is possible).

While I'm at it, I can also commend your workmen who worked in an absolutely stifling attic for close to 12 hours and did not leave until everything was absolutely right.

So far I am very pleased with the system - especially with its quietness and the evenness of the temperature - and I am reassured to know that if there is a problem, AG Heating & Air Conditioning will be there to help.

Efficient, Knowledgeable, Competent and Courteous. "Prompt response to service inquiry and request. AG Heating & Air Conditioning was efficient, knowledgeable, competent and courteous. They arrived on time despite short notice (same day). He effectively diagnosed the problem, clearly and patiently explained the problem and the work they were going to perform, and successfully fixed my heating unit for a fair cost and in a timely manner. Will definitely use his service again.

Great Job & Prompt. "I conducted regular furnace maintenance and cleaning which ended up requiring a complete tune up. AG Heating & Air Conditioning technician was very prompt communicating with me, showed up on time, did a great job, and explained each step to me so that I was comfortable with what he was doing. "

Dependable. "The technician was dependable, easy to talk to, explained things Cleary and answered my questions. He arrived on time, performed the work he said he would and was right on as far as his quote to install a new furnace. He is very knowledgeable and personable, as was his assistant. I highly recommend him, and have requested he come back next year for my furnace inspection. Excellent service!"
