Appalling Customer Service.
Spa Renaissance in Rowland Heights can suck it. Any business owner or manager that gets super defensive about their business practice and automatically tells you "You can try and sue us, we don't care." holds very questionable management skills when we're only trying to understand why they are refusing to honor previously purchased gift certificates purchased through the company - before a change of ownership (My understanding is all certificates/vouchers are transferred with change of ownership and we were told it would be honored should that situation arise before we made our purchases [Korean spas are constantly changing management]). Is $25 really worth losing returning clients and having a bad review to boot?
