Good service provider

My wedding was planned very fast and so I got wedded within matters of few weeks. With so much to arrange it was really difficult for me to go to a local shop and buy a wedding suit. So, I bought it from mensusa. The delivery was very quick as they promised and I am really happy with their service. Although I was bit tensed about the delivery time, but all was fine.

I had a great experience buying from here. I bought a suit and when i got home i noticed there was a couple of spots on the back of one of the sleeves so the next day i went to go exchange my suit. I was told they did not have another one in stock but that they would have a new one shipped to me in 2 days. i got my suit and it was in perfect condition and they even gave me a suit that was a step up from what i had purchased for my troubles. i will return and by more suits from them in the future. By the way jackson helped me and he went above and beyond to accomodate my needs.

BUYER BEWARE!!! or "you get what you pay for"

ok, good prices is about all i can say for them that is positive.

the WORST customer service experience ever! i would have given them 0 stars but citysearch requires at least 1 apparently.

i was hung up on 3 times because i was checking on a refund for a suit i returned (they sent me the wrong one). not only was i hung up on, but one of the slimebag "customer service reps" actually mocked me. it was like dealing with a bunch of mean 4th graders with no manners. i finally got my refund, but they didn't refund the shipping--even though it was their mistake and their website claims 0% re-stocking fee.

i should have done my homework, but hopefully i can save someone else the horrors of this company. there have been 127 complaints filed against them at the better business bureau (118 of which they didn't respond to!) but don't take my word for it, check it out yourself. i tried to include the link to it, but citysearch won't allow it. if you go to the LA better business bureau website and search for company and select report, you will see they received an F rating at the BBB

and again, BUYER BEWARE!!!
