Have the Ricotta Lemon Pancakes!. Great views of the ocean. Great ambience. Casual but elegant. Stay at Shutters or the sister hotel next door, Casa del Mar and don't pass on having breakfast here.

Sunset View and Kid Tolerable. Although we saw a bit of a sneer when we didn't order separately for our three year old, we enjoyed this beautiful restaurant. They did not seem eager for us to share our main course with our daughter, which we usually do since her tummy is not big enough for a $40 plate. We had no problem with an online reservation for a sunset beach view table. The appetizers was quite small, but delicious. The salad was plain for $9. The main courses (Colorado lamb loin and pasta with shrimp) were delicious with suitable, but not large, portions. The sides were perfect. The service was very quick and courteous after the intial problem. We were able to find parking in a public lot free after dusk. Entrance was easier to find from beach side but could be tricky.

leggo-my-eggo. We went here for my birthday brunch & were highly dissapointed. My husband ordered the "waffles" and was given a "waffle". Just one. Come on people, you're charging $15, can't you spring for maybe two waffles. We were starving when we left. Service could have been a little more friendly.

Not recomended for a date. Well, I went to Pedals on a Friday night made reservations at 8:30. First of all, it was hard to find. There was no parking (had to use another restaurant's valet parking) The table wasn't ready even though there was not that many people in the restaurant. It did not smell good at all. The view was horrible and let's not talk about the service I order a lemonade to start I didn't get it till fifteen minutes later and I tasted horrible. Not much variety on the menu. Don't try the Salmon nor the Stake... If you are thinking of taking someone on date here ... save your $90.00 and take them somewhere else.

Great Food with a Wonderful View. I've been here for both breakfast and dinner, and both times I have encountered outstanding food and service. Also, if you sit on the veranda you have a very pleasant view of the ocean, sand, and people passing by. It is a very relaxing atmosphere for any time of day.
