I stopped by Fast Autoworks earlier today (6.13.08) for an oil change. Tuan and Kevin were friendly and my Accord was taken in right away. After Kevin had done the work, Tuan handed me a bill of $37.85. $37.85 was just for oil change, which included $15 of labor, $14.45 for fluids and $5.59 for the filter. That seems high to me. And now, I am afraid to go back for any other service that is more involved.
Pros: Friendly folks
Cons: Prices can be pretty expensive

These guys are very concerned about giving good quality service and retaining customers. The rates are quite reasonable. I have got a check engine light , and steering vibration. They have fixed both perfectly. I would strongly recommened these guys instead of shedding your money into the dealerships for repair.
