Greatest Pizza Downtown. This place has the best Pizza in Downtown L.A. hands down. They totally make everything homemade - their own tomato sauce, fresh ingredients. It's so much better than just a slice place but the slices are great. It's the only pizza place I've ever been where you actually feel healthy eating the food. The salads are amazing, too.

At first glance, this pizza joint looks like an old-school New York parlor. Makeshift marble floors, green countertops and red leather barstools comprise its dining area, and chefs toss around flattened dough in the exposed kitchen. But rather than traditional pepperoni options, this eclectic eatery speciaizes in veggie versions and upscale Margeritas, serving only meat-free and kosher pies. This eclectic eatery serves up only vegetarian and kosher pies. It also serves up salads, wraps, pastas, nachos and cranberry and walnut cookies.
