Great workout and great fun!

I love Aphrodite SNP and the goddess herself, Gabrielle. Gabrielle is the owner and instructor of all the classes so you get the highest quality instruction. The classes are affordable, small in size so you get lots of individual instruction and attention, and you learn so much every minute of each class. I've taken lap dance, pole burn, and pole dance classes here. I've tried several other pole dance studios in LA and Aphrodite is the best by far.

If you're only looking for a great workout, then you want to sign up for Pole Burn. That class will get you in shape in no time. Classes are kept small (no more than 3 students). I hate taking gym classes where I can't even see the instructor.

I found Aphrodite online while searching for a lap dance class in LA and luckily Gabrielle was offering a lap dance workshop for Valentine's Day. It was a lot of fun. At first, I was nervous and was worried that I would look silly, but Gabrielle and the other students were so supportive and fun. The champagne helped. The session lasted 3-4 hours and we learned lots of different techniques and a whole routine. I learned so much more about lap dance in this workshop than at a more famous pole dance studio not too far from here.

I followed this class up with an Intro to Pole Dance class which got me hooked. I really appreciated how we spent most of class time actually learning different floor and pole moves. After this class I signed up for her 6-week Beginner Pole Dance class. For those six classes, we learned and practiced several pole techniques, lots of floor and chair moves, and a whole routine.

In the intermediate and upper level pole dance courses, Gabrielle strives to break us out of the routine mode. She encourages you to dance to the music and use the various tricks, moves, and techniques that you have learned. I'm still working on this but I know I'll get better. The classes have definitely gotten more challenging but that's why I love it.

LOVE THIS CLASS

I absolutely LOVE this class! Gabrielle, the instructor, is incredible! She's patient and fun and a great teacher who truly cares about her students. Everyone in the class has such a great time you actually forget that you're working out - until you come home and realize how sore you are!!! I highly recommend this class!!!!!! A++++++++++++

The Most Fun Ever

One of the best decisions I ever made was signing up for this class. I have never had more fun and felt more confident. Gabrielle is so supportative and makes you feel like you can do anything. I have recommended the class to many of my friends and they all love it!!!

Best boost of confidence... and a great workout too!

I started taking pole dancing with Gabrielle at Aphrodite S-n-P one year ago and it has totally changed my life. I know that sounds crazy and over exaggerated... but it's the truth. From my very first class, Gabrielle made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I started to develop real confidence around my body. I am so grateful for all that I have learned, about myself and what I'm capable of, through these classes. This is, by far, the best and most rewarding workout for women!

I am proficient in 9 different pole tricks and an owner of mass seduction!

Bow down to Gabriel, Ms. Aphrodite she is my pole dancing instructor. I was fortunate enough to be graced with her presence during a birthday party where she taught an intro to pole class. There were 12 girls and we were all amazed by her skill and professionalizm! The chick is off the hook! I have a new respect for strippers. Although Gabriel is NOT or has NEVER been a stripper, she is so freakin good that actual strippers call upon her for lessons! After the private party I was hooked! I am proud to say that I am a graduate of her beginners and Intermediate class. Who would of thought this Executive would have ever been so adventurous! And yes...I am a proud owner of a pair of clear 6" shoes. Stay tuned ladies, your are really going to hate me after I graduate her Advance class...and soon I will hands free too!
