I have used Luken Limousine for several years now and have always been very satisfied. They are always on time or early. The car is clean, neat, and very comfortable. The driver is very good at using the internet with smart phone, avoiding traffic, and finding the fastest alternative route.
HORRIBLE RIP OFF.
Horrible service. They left us and our two small children stranded at LAX, and they would not refund our money, AND to top it off they were rude while doing so!
I'll never use Luken Limo again. Rip Off!
Excellent Limo Service. They really care that their customers are well served. They are on time, consistently. We have used them many times to go to and from the airport. Love having them there to pick us up after a long flight. They carry the bags and everything. It's worth it. Do the math, it can be cheaper than keeping your car at the airport in the parking lots, event the cheap parking lots on the outskirts.

pleased with this service. I hired Luken Limousine as a SURPRISE birthday present for 2 coworkers. A group of us were attending an event and since we had already worked 12 hours and didn't want to drive to and from the event, I went to ascertain companies that would give a fair quote for nine hours. Luken understood what I wanted and if requested would have purchased the decorations I needed to impress my coworkers. Mr Luken got to the pick up location on time. It was a smooth, comfortable ride with all the amentities that were promised. We arrived at the event ahead of schedule and in plenty of time to have dinner. I truly believe that anyone hiring Luken Limousine Service will be impressed with their service, and professionalism.
excellent service. Luken is the BEST! Going to the airport, the driver arrived a few minutes early (always a good sign), and he was courteous and professional. Picking us up at the airport is where Luken really shined! I was delayed for over 90 minutes at security, and after that ordeal, I can't tell you how surprised and happy I was to find that Howard was still waiting for me! No extra charges! I have been a concierge for 10 years and I have never encountered a limousine company that would do the same as Luken in that situation. Wonderful!
My boyfriend and I began using Luken Limousines around March 2010. I travel for business frequently, and was evaluating his company personally before recommending the company to my associates. I am SO very thankful I did this, as I would be completely mortified had any of my associates had to go through what we did with Luken Limousines.
We used Howard's service about 12 times within a 3 month span. Two of those times, Mr. Luken experienced tire problems with his vehicle. The last time we used this service, Mr. Luken got a flat tire and pulled over on one of the most dangerous freeway curves in Los Angeles. My boyfriend had to get out of the car and get his suitcase out of the vehicle so Mr. Luken could access his spare tire. Turns out the spare tire was flat. Mr. Luken did not have AAA service, or any other roadside assistance plan, so I had to got the number and relay it to Mr. Luken through my boyfriend.
He then called a cab, and instead of putting my boyfriend in the cab to get him to his destination, he spoke to the cab driver and then sent him on his way. Once AAA came, they towed Mr. Luken to a nearby Sears. The ordeal took about 4 hours, and my boyfriend was basically stranded with Mr. Luken and forced to be subjected to his angry ranting about the cost of the tires, etc.
We received nothing for our trouble, and when I contacted Mr. Luken to express my dissatisfaction with the situation, he proceeded to insult me, my boyfriend, and various ethnic groups in the process. I was appalled at his behavior and lack of professionalism. For a company that relies on 1-2 vehicles for its livelihood, I am shocked that they would be so ill-prepared for a vehicle issue.
I would NOT recommend this service for anyone that is looking for a prepared, professional service run by equal opportunity individuals. As someone in the service industry, I would have done everything in my power to make sure the customer was not burdened by my personal vehicle issues, and Mr. Luken did no such thing. Buyer Beware!
This woman ignored her service agreement with Luken Limousine a dozen times and in twice as many emails. She tried to extort a "refund" 2 weeks after the service was provided. It is clearly stated in said agreement that unforseen problems such as a catastrophic blowout on the 101 freeway just south of Ventura, a spot identified as the highest mortality wreck area by the towtruck driver, are just that namely UNFORSEEN and not the responsibility of the service. Rebecca Rodriquez of Santa Clarita [the ride was all the way from Ventura to Santa Clarita and she never once offered a tip] has posted this vendetta on every website she can find because her credit card company denied any chargeback since this is a bogus complaint. The client was safely delivered to their destination.. A potentially fatal accident was avoided by the chauffeur and this person wants her money back weeks after the service date. AAA does NOT cover commercial vehicles, AAA had nothing to do with this incident.
