The movers that packed my belongings to be shipped did a ver. The movers that packed my belongings to be shipped did a very good job. I was impressed with the way items were wrapped and packed carefully. I feel certain my things will arrive in the same condition at my new residence. This service is something most people don't look forward to using, but with a company like Best Moving in LA, it makes it so much easier

Great customer service‎. was very pleased, my salesperson was informative and explained the services well. I was equally pleased with the movers, they were polite and worked hard all day, taking extra care with all my belongings. I have never experienced such care in any other move. The price was as quoted, and I never had to worry about any surprises. I think it is the best concept for moving to provide customers with a guaranteed price. Thank you Pink moving and I highly recommend them to everyone that needs to move.‎

Awesome company‎. Pink Moving completed my move in a timely and orderly fashion. The crew that they sent for the move was very efficient and the knew their job well. They were able to get the move done in a short amount of time because of their hard work. I will be hiring them in the future when I move my business.‎

Thanks Pink. As a person that has lived in two countries and three states in the past nine months, I tend to know a lot about moving. I was absolutely blown away by the superior service and attention to detail that Pink Moving exhibited.

Doesn't Get Better. I just wanted to say that this was a great company to work with. Plain and simple they did the job on time and my stuff came back in good condition. nothing broken or scrached. Highly recommended if you don't want a headache.

A very good Moving Experience. I wanted to let you know that the move went very well and tell you know that the movers did a great job. They were very helpful and courteous, and I appreciate all the extra packing and moving tips that they had to offer.

Excellent. Pink moving did an excellent job all around moving our 10,000 sq ft office. Movers were experienced, easy to communicate with, and professional. I recommend anyone using this company for any type of moving service.

Great Movers. We just wanted to send you this message of thanks for your generous and incredible help to our family after the house fire. After hearing about us through a local TV report, you called and made yourselves available for a massively discounted rate. John came and helped us go through the salvageable things and even found some things we had thought were lost. The more time I spend here, the more I feel Venice is a positive and generous place, made all the more so by people such as yourselves

UNRELIABLE. These guys are AWFUL!!! Avoid them at all costs.

I booked a move through Pink Moving company based in CA and FL. Apparently they are affiliated with Laprom Moving. Chuck responded by email very quickly with an "estimate" which I immediately responded to asking to proceed with the reservation and to let me know what time they would be coming.

Never got a response. I emailed 3 more times. I ended up getting one response saying "We have no reservation for you. Would you like to book one?" I responded saying "YES!!! Please call or email to confirm the time." Again, no response.

I ended up calling Pink Moving directly which was answered by a guy named Leon. Leon laughed and said it wasn't the first time that "those California guys screwed up a reservation." He then said he would take care of me.

Leon said his crew would come at 9 am to move me. He called the night before at 11 pm saying that it would have to be moved to 2 pm. I said ok, but explained it cannot be later than that.

On the day of the move, they didn't show up. It was 2:30 pm when I called Leon ... he answered his phone saying "I'm so glad you called! ... We're stuck in Miami blah blah blah, got in an accident, filing a police report ... blah blah blah." He said he would call me back to confirm he can still make it.

Well I never got a call back and ended up at 3:30 pm going to Budget Truck Rental, renting a truck and moving myself!!! But, when I finished loading and drove over to my new condo building at 6:00 pm, the building wouldn't let me move in because move-ins aren't allowed after 5 pm.

I had to sleep in the parking lot in my truck. And take another day off work to move the next day. I called Leon and told him that he and his company totally f*cked me over. He said "Oh, I wish you had called me back ..." WTF?!?!?!?

NEVER NEVER NEVER work with Laprom Moving or Pink Moving. They are total scams.

Undesirable Moving Experience. There is a 5% surcharge for paying with a credit card (which I discovered on the day the movers arrived). My error, as I am sure it is somewhere in the fine print.

Be sure to look at the pricelist for packing materials. I had a small 2 bedroom home. We were completely boxed up before the movers got there. It still took 24 rolls of tape at $5 per roll = $120 in tape alone. They charged $20 for each blanket used and $8 or $10 per frame box (for framed mirrors, etc). My small move took $ 341.00 worth of packing materials. I never asked to see the pricelist, as I was sure I wasn't going to need very much in the way of packing materials - my mistake.

I was asked to sign forms at the end of the move that should have been given to me at the beginning of the move. Ex: "I agree that the cost of my move will not exceed $____" and two other forms. I was not given copies of these forms because I refused to sign them which is why I cannot reference the exact names of the forms.

I would not recommend this moving company.
