In Short – Old school nightlife impresario David Judaken--you know, the guy who brought clubgoers Garden of Eden back in the day and much later Mood--has put his stamp on this after-dark haunt on Shrader. Not even remotely recognizable from its barn-like days as Vynyl or club 1650, the redesigned spot has gone upscale. Lines build in advance of opening and stay firmly entrenched throughout the night. Those who make it past the rope step through a thin curtain of "dry" fog and myriad archways lit by candles before hitting the dance floor where DJs spin the latest thumping dance tracks.

Bring the girls, and make sure they are hot. Or….. you are standing in line all night. And I mean ALL night. We were lucky because we met a promoter named Jack. He set us up with a great table, and the service was great!!! Eye candy for everyone!

This club is a great venue with a awesome crowd. The patio is great for meeting people. The door can be a little rough on the hotter nights but that's any decent Hollywood club for you groups of HOT girls get right in groups of guys have to get a bottle. I enjoy going on weekdays nights because of the type of people that this venue brings and the amazing girl to guy ratio. The sunken dance floor is fun as well as the two bars.

Crimson shares the same entrance, but for now, they are not open on the same nights.
