In Short – The short-lived Sunset Beach has been reinvented at this seaside retreat on the Strip. Vintage girlie beach movie posters mix with teak, glass and steel for a hip contemporary look weaving through two stories of dining room, bar, cabanas, dance floor and three patios. Paris and Lindsay clones join other young scenesters, vying with some truly outrageous 60-ounce tropical drinks. An inspired menu of small and large plates features paella risotto cakes, rock shrimp quesadilla, filet mignon tacos, lemongrass chicken burgers and fire roasted lobster.
