The worst company I have ever encountered. Do not contract with this company under any conditions.

We had a simple backyard remodeling job and everything they did was wrong. They could not even get the city inspector to approve their permit because of their cavalier attitude and complete disregard for performing their job.

We are entering into litigation over this simple project and when completed I will post everything on the internet for all to see. Be warned.

Do not let Liberty anywhere near your property.

They lie to, cheat, and treat you with indignation.

Sign nothing without legal representation.

They'll leave you in a tailspin, while wearing a grin.

Sub-par work for the price. If you can accept "less-than-good", or "passable", at the prices they quote, then hire the company. If you want to spend a lot of money and get something perfect, almost-perfect, great, or even good, then find a different company. Or better yet, contract the job yourself and find your own subcontractors.

All along the way in my bathroom remodel, it's been one small detail that wasn't handled that led to more costly fixes and a longer renovation. If the details were addressed when they came to light, then Liberty would not have had to come back and fix each situation, which costs them money (however little or a lot). And I would have had opportunity to save money somewhere else in the reno to make up my additional costs as they came to light if they were brought up earlier. But nobody is overseeing what each department is doing, and the workers are mostly "neck-down" guys hurrying through a job.

One star for admitting when they make an error and often taking the cost on themselves, but the work is only "ok" and they are overpriced for the quality, so I don't feel like it's any hardship for them to pay for their own mistakes. (And I kind of wish it was at this point.)

company isn't professional.. I just spoke with guy at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn't know when she would be able to call me back. Then he proceeded to ask me that if he went himself he would I be able to write him a check when he was there. This was completely rude since I explained I would still have to see how his rates compared to other businesses.

At this point, he was going on and on about my expectations. I tried to explain to him that my expectations was to simply know when someone would contact me back. He said his company isn't professional.

Terrible, pushy contractors. We just had a contractor give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel. His name was Gal (his American name was David). At first, he seemed friendly, but he kept trying to push his ideas on us. After going through the process of showing us pictures, making measurements, and developing a basic design, he gave us an estimate. The price was on par with other estimates I've received already, but I told him I still had other people to meet with before making a final decision.

That was when things got ugly.. he became rude and basically told me I was stupid for using "my head" instead of "my heart, my gut, and my spirit" to make a decision. He said that is the problem with people today.. they "use their head too much." He wouldn't give references without me signing a contract first. I said that it didn't make any sense for me to sign a contract BEFORE being able to contact references. He then told me that if he left without signing a contract, he wasn't coming back. That was enough for me, so I thanked him for coming by and then asked him to leave.

Liberty's personnel who answer the phone and follow-up to confirm the appointments seemed very friendly and professional.. but don't let them fool you into using this company. Stay away.. not recommended at all.

countertops. Always late, slow workers, and over priced... all i needed was new counter tops, they sounded great so i gave them a shot. they did the demo of my old tile counters (took them 1 week) then i was left with no counters for 3 weeks and when they installed my granite. it was cracked. do waste your time with these people

Kitchen Remodeling. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with kithchen remodeling.

Condo Remodel went beyond expectations. I hired Liberty Construction initally for a kitchen remodeling. The representative was Gabriel Ebaiov. I was extremely happy with this remodel that I expanded the work to include bamboo wood flooring, crown modling, baseboards, custom cabinets and painting. I am completely satisfied with the work, and highly recommended this company, and specifically Gabriel Ebaiov. In any construction remodeling, there are issues, and my remodel was not an exception to this. However, Mr. Ebaiov stepped in and ensured that all work was completed to my complete satisfaction. A note to Liberty Construction - Mr. Ebaiov's customer service is stellar, and he always goes way and beyond what normal good customer service would require. Give him a raise!

Flakes. I set an appointment to get an estimate for a solar system and to get my roof looked at to see if it could support the panels. they called and said they needed to reschedule, i realize things happen. but when they did it a second and a third time. i gave up. and went with another company.
