Unbeatable! One of the best penthouse clubs In downtown LA!. Unbeatable! One of the best penthouse clubs In downtown LA!. My promoter friend helped us with everything! And I just so so love this place from that point on! One of the finest in Downtown LA! - great mixed crowd - good music - upbeat ambiance - drinks prices in the mid - excellent view of downtown LA - great bottle prices This place just captivates every party goer! I even had my recent birthday held at Elevate! I know one of the promoters so he gave me a great discount for my bottle service and even help me with the Guestlist for my people.

BEST FRIDAY NIGHTS in LOS ANGELES!!!. Went to this nightclub on a FRIDAY, and man was this the place to be. Ive been to a lot of places in Los Angeles and Hollywood, and Fridays here are def. one that is amongs the top!

The Music Was GREAT, the crowd was Diverse and Upscale, and the VIEW was just AMAZING!!! if you want to experience LAS VEGAS in LOS ANGELES this is the spot to be at.

Must Visit Downtown LA Club!. Had the best club experience on Saturday Night visits! Living in LA it can be hard to find that perfect combination of great music, mixed crowd, good drinks, & beautiful views minus the pretentious vibe....& ELEVATE is it! It is the best club I've been to in LA...I absolutely loooove this place! The staff is awesome, had an easy time getting in...no long lines at the bar and plenty of room to dance and mingle. The view is my favorite part! The glass keeps the cold out but you still get that rooftop bar feel. I highly recommend Elevate and will definitely be back again soon!!!

Great Spot! Guest List & Table Info. I love it here. This is definitely one of my favorite Hollywood spots and I try to frequent the club with friends as much as possible! Best food in town. Food is amazing. Every time I come here, I feel like I never want to leave. Very chic atmosphere with a relaxing mood.

The service is great and the staff really does a terrific job at taking care of you.

The appetizers are delicious.

Theres plenty of places to park: theres a parking lot across the street and a parkin garage up the street within walking distance.

Most of the time I find myself looking at my watch waiting for the food to come, but here I was so entertained with the fun atmosphere that I was pleasantly surprised when my food arrived

The service is horrible & they will ruin your event!. I was originally pleased because Elevate Lounge had guaranteed they could accommodate our big group. We were all very excited to have a great night in the beautiful establishment.

Unfortunately, I have to make a few complaints.

It was my 33rd birthday and I wanted to make sure my friends and I had a great time with no hassles. That's not quite what happened.

We arrived during the window of time they had mentioned and still experienced trouble getting in even though our bottle had already been paid for. We asked the GM Michael why we were still waiting to be let in he ignored us at first and then said, "Jay will be explaining who in your group is not in dress code". As a GM he should of done his job and just let us know. They proceed to say a friend is being denied access inside the club for his shoes. He was wearing all-black shoes and I feel his fashion choice was justified in this setting. It's popular shoe wear and don't think his particular pair should have prevented him from getting inside, especially with the amount of money we were spending.

I had pre-ordered a bottle (at $295, which is standard) but my friend's who had arrived their prior to my arrival purchased a bottle for my birthday. Other bottles were purchased even after that. Our group spent well over $2,000. We gave Elevate a generous amount of business and patronage so we were expecting courtesy and some kind of service while we were there just like any other group visiting their establishment. It did not happen. Even Elevate's General Manager did not treat us with respect nor greet us. Isn't this a General Manager's duty? To treat his paying guests with some genuine service? He blatantly ignored us on two different occasions.

And when one of my friends wanted to get some answers as to why we were being ignored and not given basic items as ice and mixers for the four more-than-$295ea/per bottle we purchased, he walked away from her. She wasn't done speaking and because she tapped him on the shoulder, he felt "threatened" and had her thrown out. And on top of all that the line for the bathroom is ridiculous! With so many places in LA to party I would say the only thing Elevate has going for them is the location they need new management immediately!

I can see I am not the first person to complain and have a problem with of some of Elevate's employees. If they want return clientele, I would advise to have a talk with some of the staff. I know I will not be returning and I, unfortunately, will not be recommending Elevate to my friends and family. With social media being so prevalent and having "recommendations, suggestions" so readily available, I think it would be in their best interest to do some customer training at Elevate.

I really was looking forward to celebrating my birthday at their establishment and I wish I could say I had a good time, but I can't.
