Day away from the kids.... Me and my bestie decided to go too Indulgence Day Spa for a day away from the kids, we had a wonderful time ! The spa was clean, we were well taken care of and all our needs were met. From the front desk staff to our Massage therapist to our Esthetician, everyone there was very cheerful and helpful, we will be returning soon!

Great for Men also..... My wife gave me a gift certificate to Indulgence and I was quite hesitant at first. I have never been to a spa before and have always thought it to be just for women.I have a very stressful job and she wanted me to relax. Much to my surprise I felt comfortable immediately after entering the spa. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived quite some time after my appointment was scheduled to start, the staff was very attentive to my needs and were accomodating to my tardiness. I was able to have my full treatment and it was a great massage I was also pleased to see that they have taken "extra" steps to make male clients feel comfortable.

Bad Customer Serivice and F rating. I am so dissapointed in this place. The receptionist are so rude. I received a voucher for 3 visits as a gift. I booked my first appointment and i was running 10 minutes late so they canceled my appointment. so there goes visit one, i lost it and they dont reschedule. booked second visit and i received a call saying they need to chanve my time to two hours after my original time.. wtf! i said i couldnt make it at that time so the rude B*** said ok ill cancel u and u can call whenever u want to reschedule and hung up on me.. not to mention after i looked it up on better business burearu and they have an F rating. check it out in the better business bureau website.. DONT GO!

I'm Hooked on Indulging myself because of them!. Went in for a muscle tention release massage and walked out a member getting my next 60 M.T.R. for $59.00. Better then Massage Envy in every way. The best part is I'm going back next week because they reduce other massage about $20. Go for it, get a coupon for first time clients on the web.

Amazing from check in to check out!. This was my first time at your facility, from the minute I walked in I was taken care of. First by the amazing girls at the front desk, then by the phenomenal staff throughout the spa. Don't let me forget to mention I had the absolute best facial ever, given to me by Tracey. I absolutely loved the ambiance and will definitely visit again! Thank you so much Indulgence and staff for paying attention to the details, so I can take a break. Happy holidays!

There is a reason the price is so low. I wondered why the prices for services were so low. After my first and only visit I see why. I went in for a 90 minute treatment that lasted 45 minutes. Out within the hour. The whole experience was very rushed and not relaxing. I started the treatment with one person and ended with a second person because the first was now doing a massage in another room. I was never shown a dressing room or offered if I wanted a shower. I left with wet underwear after the treatment. I did not complain because I won't be back. There is a reason they hire a guy to troll the parking lot surrounding the spa trying to attract customers. Save your money!

Treat Yourself!. After a long hard week I was given a gift certificate to this spa for a massage. I loved every moment of it and think that everyone deserves to be treated for a day. The staff are great and you can tell that they know what they are doing. So great!

Indulg for a Day. I've been to so many spas in Long Beach and the surrounding area, but I just loved my visit to Indulgence. I like to treat myself when I can, but this one was a unique experience. From the front desk to my facial, it was very relaxing and my skin has never been smoother. She even talked me into getting a back wax and was very gentle. Then I followed this with a M.T.R. massage for a full 60min not the usual 50min that you might get at other spas. They did things like wrap my feet, massage my scalp all for the same price. All was great.

amazing. i was having breakouts everywhere and i didnt know what to do, so i booked an appt and Valerie was my skin theripist. she recomended a glycolic treatment and i was so impressed by my results that i am now going every moth to see her i love indulgence and i have many friends going there now. Oh and i have yet to have any more breakouts!!

fabulous staff. I am a frequent spa-goer and just found this fabulous retreat in my own back yard. the front desk is so accommodating and pleasant. I had Ty for my massage and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted! Tracey was my esthetician and the facial that I had was more than a relaxing experiencing but very informative. Not pushy at all just!!!!!!!! She really cared about my skin issue issues and recommended products and help me work with the products I had at home. I cant believe anyone would rate them a ONE STAR???? Dont worry this spa is exceptionally sanitary .I would know as I work state health!!! This retreat will definitely be my new get away!!
