Rude and insulting. I have never been more insult by an individual than Andy has today. We are in the last days before Christmas and we were scheduled to have a photo shoot tomorrow for our holiday cards and gifts to our children's grandparents. My wife confirmed the session a month ago, hired a professional hairdresser to come out and help (OK....maybe a little over the top). Well my wife called to confirm the time and Mr. Kitchen stated that he did not have it our his books and the we were on our own. Personally, I had cancelled a business trip for this....so being frustrated, I called Andy. He basically denied the session was ever scheduled. Well, I was able to confirm the email trail that we had scheduled the session. I reached out and asked for help due to the lateness of the shoot in relationship to the holidays and then the insults started to fly. He basically called my wife a liar and the he found her insulting and did not want to work with her. He also recalled details of a prior session, but must have confused with with someone else as the details were all wrong. Hey, I run a business and I bend over back words to accommodate people. If they are in the wrong, no problem....we find a way to make them happy.....certainly without calling them a liar or pointing fingers. Maybe I am biased, but my wife is the salt of the earth and thankfully makes me look good. She gave up her career to stay at home and raise our children. She now works tireless for a number of charities and nonprofits and collects not income. Andy, if you ever read this, you and I should only hope the be half the person my wife is. What were you thinking by calling a clients wife a liar? Shame on you!
