Great Classes! Great Staff! – I don't usually write reveiws but in this case I feel I need to.
Its not just stretching, it also is strengthening, they also include meditation. And its not someone in skin tight clothes walking around barking orders, while you sweat.
Its caring instruction in a peaceful atmosphere.
We live in a over-stressed, fast-paced, caffeine driven world. It is nice to finally find a place where I can recover flexibility, strength and stress-free breathing. Calm my nervous system, clear my mind and recharge (without adding anything).
My experience with the instructors has been nothing but professional and genuinely caring.
A membership is totally reasonable, heck I spent more money on coffee last year than 1 year membership here.
Very relaxing – if you have done yoga before and you felt lost, Dahn Yoga in Pasadena is great because the teachers take the time to walk you through everything and its relaxing, great stretches and meditation.
Best! Simple! I love Dahn yoga~~ – I've tried other yoga's before, but Dahn yoga is different. It's more than a physical workout. In addition to strengthening my bones and muscles. It's also strengthened my immune system, my nervous system , and my circulatory system. I felt fit, energized, and healthier than ever before.
