Amazing deals (under arms and bikini for $45? YES PLEASE!!) The waiting room is beautifully decorated and all glammed up as well. The front desk always seemed busy, but were also always calm and professional. I also love how it isn't like the doctor's office where you wait forever and a day past your appointment time. Oh no, this place pretty much gets you started right AT your appointment time, which is awesome!

The lasering ladies themselves were all extremely nice, patient, efficient, and friendly. Even after I whined and squirmed throughout the procedure, my laser lady was always encouraging and supportive! I will definitely come again...once I get enough courage to get through the pain (I'm a wimp, I know!)

Great place, for best result and huge saving. Trust me guys , I tried EVERY laser center for my chest and back, believe me none of them was helpful, one day i saw a TV advertising, my wife said I heard about this place from a frienf of mine, want you try it, and it was BEST offer that my wife gave ne so far( don't tell her). Believe me you won't get disappointed.

Fast, effective, clean, and cheap!! Make sure you book your appt in advance because this place is in demand for all these reasons! I used to spend HUNDREDS more at other places until I found New Look. If I weren't an honest person, I would give them 1star just so it's not so busy-ha!

Let me start of by saying.. I'm middle eastern so laser hair removal por favor. This place has really good service, friendly staff and great nurses, and great prices.

There is really no waiting, if you made an appointment you will be taken at that time without hassles. Really love it.

Love this place! Yeah u have to wait a little past ur appt time but nothing drastic. At least They have beverages & good magazines :) Basically, u get what u pay for & a little more ;) ur in & out fast... Great monthly rates that alternate every month. Oh! And u get a bday coupon that never expires! I just used mine & it has been 11 months :) FYI: wear layers!!!! Ex-- wear a tank top under ur shirt if ur doing underarms & little shorts u can take on & off while doing ur bikini. Otherwise u will be as u came into this world. I guess that's the only downfall-- no gowns provided.

OMG! I would give this place 5 stars on price alone, but that would not be fair. Thankfully they gave me so many reasons for high marks. I have had laser treatments at many places, and used 4 different brands of YAG lasers, and I really like the one they offer. They have two types of lasers on site, but I only know the YAG since it's the best for darker skin. The laser they use is a new model, that emits bursts of cryogenic liquid that freezes the skin the moment the laser hits so you dont feel much discomfort. It's the least pain possible from a laser, and their model is one of the newest ones.

I was greeted at the front counter by Anahid, who was friendly and helpful. She made great recommendations on other services, and even restaurants in the area.

Narine did my treatment, and she was very sweet, thorough, and generous with the laser. She also was very helpful with recommendations on how to prepare for the treatment, and how to care for my skin afterwords. Its customary at this place to tip the person who does your treatment, so keep some cash on hand.

Cons: They don't use any fancy products for after care. You go to a room, and apply aloe vera, hydro cortisone, or banana boat sunblock to treated areas yourself.

For some reason the laser is the least expensive service they offer. Other services seem to be market price (facials, cellulite reduction, microdermabrasion.) I like that for the laser treatments, I get a good price without compromising effectiveness or service.

have been going to New Look for about 7 months now. I usually get the $45.00 underarm and bikini special which in my opinion is a great deal! Samantha is the best, she makes you feel comfortable and is quick with treatments. Usually have to wait 5-15 mins but the process is always fast. Girls up front are always nice and helpful.

This place is simply GREAT!! It's not only the affordable prices, it's the quick appointments and the friendly staff!!

While I'm at it, I would like to demystify some points here .. I've been to few other laser hair removal place before I was referred to this place. And to all of those who think that it's bad because it's cheap let me tell you guys, it's not. I had some super expensive laser treatments (like 400% more expensive) before and even had laser hair removal treatments with a Dermatologist medical doctor .. and get this, it has EXACTLY the same results, except for the ones on my wallet!

I might be kinda lucky because I have a dark black hair with light skin which will give the best treatment results, cuz the "Laser" targets the hair by contrasting it against the skin color, that's why you can't get laser when you're doing tanning for example cuz your skin would be darker than it's natural shade. But yah, the greater the shade difference between the hair and the skin , the more successful the treatment would be.

I've had several treatments with them, in different areas and right now most of my treated areas have only few strands of very light brown hairs.

Before I started laser hair removal I used to think like most people that after the first treatment the hair will magically disappear and that's all it is .. But after researching, I found out that for each hair follicle there are around 6-7 dormant cells that will differentiate into a mature hair follicle if the original one is dead . Each laser treatment zaps only the mature hair follicle that actually has a hair in it, cuz laser targets the dark color of the hair and not the other cells of the skin. And 6-8 weeks later one of those dormant cells will come to replace it. Until there's no more dormant cells to replace that hair follicle ... This is how the body is designed. And hence the necessary multiple treatments and the regrowth. But the new hairs generally come lighter and weaker, unless you shave or trim them. And obviously the more abundant the hair the more treatments will be needed.

Oh and by the way, it's a faster service they offer, cuz $70 per 15 minutes is NOT cheap! I was surprised the first time I went there with how fast it was, and I thought to to myself "Oh, I'm not gonna get any results, no wonder it's inexpensive!! Cuz in the other places that I've been, I would do one area for $150 and it would take 30-45 minutes.. But as I said in the beginning the results were REALLY good as good as the expensive laser places, as good as the medical dr's performed laser treatment!! So I started to think that the other places were ripping me off by WASTING my time and money spending triple the time on one area to justify charging their prices.

Now, I call 2 days before the time I want to go, make an appointment.. Go in and out during my lunch break.... and go back to work!! No Redness, No problem. And if you're like me work all day everyday, you'll know how awesome it is to be able to fit an appointment like that in your lunch break :)

The BEST!!! FRIENDLY, wonderful, staff who are always so helpful with confirming and making appts.

Technicians wonderful and really sensitive if your uncomfortable or in pain. The place is really clean with hip decoration. Im easily able to get same day appts which really works for my schedule.

Love little private rooms to put on the creams of your choice after laser hair removal. Always stocked and clean.

Downsides: styrophone cups (non eco) And the appointments are booked so tight and theyre deservedly so busy theres no breathing room for lateness or anything and the technicians AND desk staff are clearly stressed as a result. Tips are pooled if done at the desk. As another person wrote, big areas have been missed and where as its really obvious, you cant get this fixed (only within the first week of treatment where as assuming youve shaved you wont notice it until 2-3 weeks)

I've gotten laser (everywhere) and VI peel and laser sun spot removal. At first I was dissapointed it took more than a couple times to get rid of stuff but am so happy with the results now.

Its the same great service in both location.

First time getting laser ever and had a good experience here. From what other reviewers were saying I was apprehensive figuring they'd have terrible customer service but was pleasantly surprised! I liked that I could fill everything out on an iPad there (save paper!!!) and the service was quick and friendly.
