Pathetic Customer Service. This weekend my wife told me about her experience with Celebrity Beauty Supply.

Thursday 2/16/12 She purchased a cuticle trimmer at their Cooper Hill location. She works near their store and to help keep our money in our community as I always preach she decided to start shopping there. The item was only $.99 cents. (Good price?) That night she tried the tool out, it would not cut her cuticle, thats right a cuticle. My wife returned the item the next morning. The lady in the store refused to take back the trimmer, a health issue, my wife had touched it.

My wife politely explained she had purchased the item less than 24 hours before, it was defective, please give her a new on. Again the store refused. Now 99 cents even in this economy will not break anybody. The principal of the issue is now the problem. She asked to speak to the manager, the young lady got out her cell phone called the owner? Explained the situation and then told my wife, Sorry they would not exchange the item, give her a new one or her $99 cents. Really? Needless to say the trimmer went in the trash. The complete failure of this store over $. 99 cents? Plus tax.

As I recommend the store to my wife after reading all the glowing reviews. (Opp's my bad)

I had to take the time to write this review.

My wife and I believe strongly in keeping our money in the community at locally owned stores, but not this one.

You want Adrienne! She's it!. I looked over all the many reviews on Mizz Hollywood and on Celebrity.

I was confused, I didnt know if the salon was named Mizz Hollywood or Celebrity? But called the Mizz Hollywood # instead. Which I got Adrienne. And I was glad I did since all of these reviews (minus a few)were about her anyway.

We set a date for my color and cut, which came out top notch!

During my service with her, she asked me just HOW I came to call her? She explained, she asks everyone that same question?

I told her it was all of the great reviews! I came to them from a search engine on another site. But I told her that it also lists Celebrity salon too. And I almost called that number instead. But chose the Mizz Hollywood number first.

She told me that she's having problems with people thinking the reviews are about the salon and NOT her. See she explained that she's Mizz Hollywood (a salon without walls..end quote) Celebrity is just where she rents a booth! THAT'S IT!

So if your going to call off of the reviews you see here, then please don't make the mistake and just call celebrity salon, because YOU WONT get Adrienne! You will get another stylist that knows she should be asking how you came to the salon, and will take you for herself instead.

After meeting Adrienne and getting to know her through my service, I really got to see that she is a hard worker and loves every part of her job. It makes me feel sorry for those who dont work as hard as she does. This girl has got it goin on and I'm just standing up for another hard worker that deserves to be praised! Others should be ashamed! So finally call Adrienne, she's the one with all the reviews and she is Mizz Hollywood Hair! Just go to her page, you'll see

You have to ask for ADRIENNE!! She's the BEST!. Adrienne has made me believe in people again.

Because of the state of our finances, we cannot do very much anymore. Including hair. I waited so long this time to have anything done, and was very depressed!

Until I came across Adrienne's glowing reviews on her work and pricing.

I read both of her pages on Mizz Hollywood Hair and Celebrity.

They had me smiling and wanting to see if it was all true?

Well...they ARE! She is terrific! Adrienne deserves MUCH praise and I thank her!

Adrienne You should be proud, YOU really deserve all of these awesome reviews!

Give Adrienne a call, her prices can't be beat!

Adrienne's highlights & cuts 75.00 for everything!. I just had my highlights & cut with Adrienne for the first time the other day, and I am so happy. Adrienne is so understanding when it comes to listening to just what your looking for. And she wasn't shocked when I asked the ill faded question on, just how much is this going to cost me? She smiled and said, she has a special for first time clients. All it cost me was 75.00 for EVERYTHING!!!******

Then Adrienne said not to worry that next time would not be more than 95.00 for everything, because her cuts and styles are ALWAYS included. I about fell out of my chair! I wanted to cry because I am so sick of being charged so much. That now I can afford to come back every 6 to 8 weeks. My husband couldn't believe the difference in my hair, and the price I was charged?!

Adrienne is a diamond in the ruff! You have to call her!

Wow!!!! Adrienne you are the BEST!!!!!!!!!. Ok...I have been looking for a great hairstylist for sometime now. I moved here from Hollywood 2 years ago and was still driving to get my hair done. The drive was killing me! I looked around Valencia when I first moved here for someone to do my hair. Even going as far as to visiting a few salons. What a disaster that was! High prices with low results! So back to Hollywood I went. At least their I knew my hair was going to be beautiful.

Until one day I was browsing the Internet with co-workers and we came across Mizz Hollywood Hair. We read the reviews on the Mizz Hollywood page and also on the Celebrity page. Adrienne just had so many great reviews that I had to call. Yes, I was the Ginny pig.

Adrienne was so warm and friendly and very easy to talk too. I felt as if I had known her for years.

My hair passed with flying colors!!! My co-workers loved it!

If your looking for a great Hairstylist, look no further than Adrienne.

Plus she told me that she always includes a haircut with every highlight, color etc. WOW! Most only give that to you the first time, NOT every time?

My wallet loves you and we will ALL see you soon!!!!

What a clean & friendly salon. If your looking for an experienced and friendly hairdresser.....call Jennifer. All the girls are highly experienced and have reasonable prices. Jen did my hair and I am so happy with my color. Call and book an appointment today. A very warm and friendly Salon.

Mizz Hollywood Hair is a "Great Hair Stylist!". after reading so many reviews about Adrienne I had to call her! She is really that good! And she told me she had just moved back from Concerto salon a couple of months ago. And since city search has changed there format, things are all over the place. But I am so glad I did my research on this stylist! She also has her own page which I really need to post on too ;) This girl has worked her charm on me and I will be back! Thank you so much Adrienne for making me feel like jumping into spring! LOVE, LOVE,LOVE!!!!!!!!!

Adrienne David...mizzhollywoodhair.....she's a (dot) com now ladies!. I wanted to FINALLY get on this thing and write about how great of service that I have received from Adrienne! I have promised that I would and after seeing her 4 times, I am doing it! My daughter and I both go to her and haven't been MORE pleased! She is truly talented and focused on YOU the entire service! She has been doing this a very long time so she is very relaxed with you. What else can I say? Just read all the other messages about her, you'll soon see you need to call her now! Sweet people, but you can only find Adrienne at Concerto Salon now. Adrienne has made me so pretty! What a lifesaver! My hair has been a mess for the last year, always in a ponytail & being to lazy to try and fix it! It just didn't look good if I even tried. So my hat's off to you sweetie! Thank you so very much! Oh and I posted on here because I know this is where Adrienne used to work. Also just wanted to make sure this girl gets her props for doing such fine work!
