I have now been in here twice so I now know that my first experience at Mood with bad customer service was not a fluke. Both times I have experienced attitude when asking very basic things like "can you cut me a swatch, please". The owner/manager stood up front with his pet dog under his arm and just barked that they were "understaffed" when I said I was having trouble finding someone on the floor. In most understaffed scenarios the manager would pitch in and help but he just stood there preferring poor customer service over lifting a finger. When I have worked with a floor person they seem like they would rather be anywhere else in the world but helping a customer. I'm actually not picky about service but had to post this because I was so disappointed. Skip this one!
