Have used this company for a variety of services and they are always prompt, provide me with the necessary information and offer good, competitive rates. As long as I live in this area, I'll continue to use RKK. Thanks as well to Lou who is very helpful during his service calls.

When I woke up to a leaking toilet and a stopped up tub, I thought I was going to have to spend all day waiting for a plumber to maybe show. But I called RKK and one of their technicians arrived promptly. He was cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable, and able to explain what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it so clearly even a layman like myself could understand. The job was done quickly and with no mess left behind. He even re-coiled my extension cord! It's that kind of attention to detail that singles out the true craftsman from the merely competent. RKK is now my go-to company for all my plumbing needs and I would recommend them to friends or family without hesitation.

Had a water heater replaced. Called RK Knight plumbing. They sent out a plumber within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem, and began installing the new water heater. The plumber was very courteous and neat. We are very happy with our new water heater and the service we received.
