Citysearch Editorial Review. With its wooden-plank floors, cookbook- and coffee can-lined shelves and down-on-the-farm mural, this cafe feels like a film-set country kitchen. At closely spaced tables, diners dig into ranch hand-sized portions of chocolate chip-pecan pancakes and cheesy grits; a litany of egg creations, from ham and cheddar omelets to spicy turkey frittatas, is served all day. At lunch, the menu expands to include burgers and tuna melts, brie-pear paninis, skillet-blackened chicken wraps, salads and the cafe's specialty, country-fried steak sandwiches.
