great price, nice great restaurants, clean store, great long wait, wonderful leggings, much more affordable blends, wonderful turtlenecks
Love this store!. Always a great selection and with affordable prices, love it!
Mostly women's.
I like the location at the Beverly Center, but only on the weekdays. It gets too crowded for me. I was lunching next door so I breezed in to the Sunset location.
They have a few key pieces, but the men's collection at this location is very abridged. If you walk in with a girlfriend, there's enough to keep you engaged for a few minutes, but if you're shopping for yourself, head down the hill to Bev Center.
Fashion forward at a reasonable price. Love the clothes, prices, location. Close to great restaurants nice to walk around and make a day of it afgter shopping. Great other boutiques around but this is the one I can afford and get pretty much the same look for less.
Fair selection for women but no mens section. Checked out this latest H&M addition to LA and while it's not as well-stocked as the Beverly Center locations as other reviewer said, it's still pretty decent. Thankfully all the Cavalli leopard print trash is gone. (Can't believe women actually bought that stuff!!!) Anyway, it's a good place to get basics, just make sure (as with any discount retailer) you check the labels for material -- after all, the reason why most of it is so cheap is cos 1) it's made in china & other sweat-shop-allowing countries & 2) the material is cheap -- e.g. polyester vs silk or acrylic vs wool. Oh, FYI - this location does not have a mens section.
Cheap and chic retailer brings its snazzy threads and reasonable prices to the Sunset Boulevard..
In Short
The fashion empire that started in Sweden in 1947 is now one of the most popular global brands in the world. Aimed at offering trendy looks at the best price, the store has become a leader in the high-low movement in fashion--high-end designers like Karl Lagerfeld, Viktor & Rolf and Commes de Garcon have all created exclusive (and affordable) collections for the store. The shop also offers a mens section, juniors collection and an array of accessories and lingerie.
Here's a warning for the owners. If you celebrity kiss ups close your store down again just so that Lindsey Lohan can shop there and cause massive traffic on Sunset Blvd while I'm trying to get home, I will pray to the greek god Zeus and ask that your store be struck with a barrage of lightning bolts.
H & M on Sunset??!!. I work down the street from the new H & M that just opened on Sunset. The selection of merchandise is a bit smaller than that of Pasadena or Beverly Center, but GREAT prices and selection. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. I've gone twice in 2 weeks and they have changed the look of the store each time with new goods in the front of the store each time. H & M is the best for basics as well. Turtlenecks, sweaters, and leggings are wonderful! Some of the handbags are a bit too plastic looking, but overall a fun store in the middle of the Sunset Plaza that is as competitive with the style, but not with the price! Go and enjoy!
Finally and Affordable Place to Shop on the Sunset Strip!. This store is a bit smaller than the others but I absolutely loved it! Blends right in with the other boutiques as far as style but the prices are much more affordable. I've stopped in several times during lunch and there's not a long wait which I is also great. If you need to find fashionable, affordable gifts or last minute clothes for a night out, I would definitely recommend checking it out.
