DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SALON IT'S REALLY BAD. I got my hair done there, and in the end I have pay $500 already and still paying more to get my hair fix. I'm being 100% honest be ware of this horrible place. this place doesn't even deserve a full review.

Great Service Each Time. Even though I just go in for a wash & blow-dry, each time I've walked out loving the style. I've had almost all the stylist there and each are good. Best part is that they open early so I can go in the morning before work and of all the Fantastic Sams I've been too, they are also the cheapest for me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! BEWARE OF THIS CHOP SHOP!!!. Let me preface this review by saying that I very rarely review anything online and I wish there had been a review for me to read before I ventured into his establishment. Also, I felt it was my civic duty to Westwood to advise all to steer clear of the CHOP SHOP!

Where do I begin? Well, I was in serious need of a trim and as luck would have it I received a coupon for a few bucks off a man's haircut at Fantastic Sam's in Westwood. I mistakenly took this as a sign to try a new place and keep a few bucks in my pocket at the same time. Let me add that I'm by no means a hair expert, but I know when I get a bad 'do. In fact, I usually got to the Supercuts less than a mile up the road which, I might add, has a decent record of giving an ok cut.

As I walk in, all of the chairs are filled with men all getting a similar haircut to what I would ask for so I figure that they must at least know how to do one cut right. WRONG!!! I was summoned to the next available chair by my butcher, who was actually doing her own hair in the mirror as I was sitting down. Ok, I can understand a little "me" time at work, but she kept fixing her hair for a few minutes. So now I'm locked into this mess. I can't get up after the cape is on - that would be too awkward.

The session starts with the butcher asking me what I would like done, which was a waste of both our time as she proceeded to hack away with no regard for my style preference. I'm not asking for an amazing 'do, but at least use the right size clipper! Now I'm definitely locked in as she's gone well into buzz cut territory. All right, it was a warm day so maybe she was thinking on my behalf. Nah! She had no idea what she was doing. What a nightmare! I ended up with an uneven buzz/trim/fade mess.

As if this wasn't bad enough the butcher kept answering the phone mid chop. Again, I'm not a hair professional, but this surely isn't good customer service.

PLEASE BE WARNED...DON'T GO HERE!!!
