Wine Camp: An Introduction to Wine Editorial Review
In Short
This evening of tasting and instruction, hosted by LearnAboutWine, introduces budding oenophiles to the basics behind enjoying and evaluating wine. Participants will taste from a selection of wines that has previously included such bottles as a Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc and a Napa Valley 2000 Vintage White Burgundy, among many others. Instruction will include wine dos and don'ts, how to pair wine and food, wine storage, purchasing and history, to name a few.
