Had Pro Tread out at my house yesterday to look at my broken treadmill that was working only intermittently. I thought I would just buy a new one, but found Pro Tread on Google. Gave them a call and when the technician came out he found out I had a bad outlet in my room. The treadmil was actually OK, but he serviced it for me anyway. It runs better than it ever has. I just wanted to say these guys seemed very professional and would recommend them to anyone. He also showed up ontime which is rare when a service person comes to your house.

Thanks for the Great Service. Just want to say "thanks" to Mike for coming out to look at my treadmill when it would not power on. He came out and realized that my little breaker switch had simply just "popped" out so he re-set it and it worked just fine. Since he was not in my home long, he did not charge me for the service call! I did give him $10 for his trouble, but the $95 he should have charged, he did not! Wow.. can't say enough......

Great Service. Called in for my father who needed his treadmill repaired. The tech that came out helped my father pull out the treadmill from inside his closet, since I was not there to help. Repaired the power problem and even went over the programming with him to show him how to work it safely. Thanks guys for being helpful and efficient and getting the job done.

Dont Use. Tech came out to service my treadmill,said i probably needed new belt which i did.Called back to get new belt placed quoted me $300 ,I found out my belt was under warranty and when i tried to reschedule never called back,guess he wasn't going to make enough of a profit.Too bad he seemed like a professional would never use or call again

Great Service / Recommend. Hired Pro Tread to repair my treadmill in my home gym. Thought my treadmill was history since I saw smoke right before it died on me. I'm an electrician so I was certain I needed to just get a new treadmill. When the technician came out he had the part with him to replace and was repaired on the spot. Very relieved it was not an expensive repair. Very nice guy and highly recommend. Thank you!

Happy Return Customer. Had Mike and his crew out before to fix my treadmill, which they did a great job on. Had to call them back to fix my; now broken, elliptical. With 45 minutes it was back up and running. Since I was a return customer, I paid less for the service call, just $45. Can't say enough about these guys. Also, looked at my Precor Gym and lubed a few things on there at no charge!

Do Not Hire. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem. We paid our $95. He said we needed a new belt and that it was not covered by warranty. The cost would be $300. We found out that the belt was covered. Received a replacement belt from Landice. But, the tech never came back. He cancelled appointments and never showed up for a reschedule. I feel that once he found out that the belt was free, he didn't want to come back. Use someone else. Save your money and your sanity. This is not a professionally ran company.

Happy customer.... Yesterday my 11 year old played with our treadmill and somehow broke it. We called Pro Tread Services and they sent out a very knowledgable tech named paul. Not only did he fix our treadmill but also serviced it at no extra charge. Very happy with the service we received. Will call this company again if we have any further problems with our gym equipment.

Great Experience. Mike showed up ontime and had the problem diagnosed quickly. Thankfully my repair required no parts and it was fixed for their standard service fee. I highly recomend this company and have already recomended them to my sister.

Needs to work on customer service. I called Pro Tread Services for my TC3000. Initially the tech responded quickly to my quiry but did not seem to want to make the drive to the foothills which is in their service area. Then, there were a milieu of problems that took literally months to handle and I had to email and call to get them to come back. I am disappointed in the service and felt like they really didn't want my business and could care less if I got my machine working once they got their money.
