Never ever hire a company with the word Discount in it, if it's an important item. I had hired, received a confirmation, and waited for over a half hour for the limo to show up. It never did. Four emails to their customer service, with never a response...plus the added bonus of calling the customer service line to a recording that stated, "Thank You for calling." They hung up. We made it to our event. But 28 hours later, not even as much as an apology or explanation. Just HORRIBLE!
Pros: There are no pros
Cons: They just don't care, respond or follow through

I can not speak highly enough of Discount Sedan & Limousine, the office was amazingly helpful, the limo was spectacular and our driver Amari was considerate and courteous, They made our evening very special by going that extra mile to ensure we had a magical evening, everyone should experience this at least once.
Pros: Very positive experience
