Amazing results!

I was very nervous to get anything done for my face before my wedding but I had a crease between my eyebrows that made me look angry and some redness and acne scars on my cheeks. The Nurse Practitioner was very patient and gentle. So 2 weeks before my wedding I did Botox and Laser Genesis and I look better then ever.Just got my pics from the wedding and I cried how good I look.

I would definately recommend LA Skincare Center to anyone,

Terrible Experience- NEVER going back

by LalehD at Citysearch

This lady, Raisa who apparently was the owner of the facility is rude and a hard core saleswoman. I had a Groupon coupon for Botox. When I went to her for treatment, she insisted I needed double the units purchased through Groupon to make my forehead "perfect". First of all I have done Botox before and I knew the amount I had bought through Groupon was enough, secondly I told her I didn't want my forehead to be "perfect". I wanted a more subtle look and not a frozen forehead.

Well, after the treatment, the way she had injected the Botox was so horrible that I had no choice but to go back for it to be fixed. She then said, I told you this wouldn't be enough. I said to her that she didn't distribute the units evenly which is why I look like a joker when I raise my eyebrows. She suggested I'd buy 20 more units (the amount she tried to sell me the previous time). I said it wasn't fair for me to have to pay her to fix the damage.

Then she got very rude and said "you want free Botox and that's not going to happen. I'm already losing money through Groupon". Well, to make the long story short, I had to buy more Botox because as I said it looked very bad.

I did file a complaint with Groupon and I intend to do the same with the BBB as well as California Board of Registered Nursing.
