I had back pain and thought I would never get over it. I also was looking for a trainer that I could work with. I loved this place. I always thought Pilates would be too hard or require too much flexibility, but I was wrong. Devra was really good at breaking down the exercises and now I am at least 1 size smaller and feel a whole lot better.

I started seeing Devra about the time she opened shop in Orange County and I have been a loyal client ever since. She obviously has a lot of training and a good understanding of fitness and movement. She also loves what she does and is very concerned with the well being of the client. Oh...and I also have seeen some great improvements not only in how I look, but how I feel. Her prices are also reasonable which I like.
Pros: great price, great instruction
