Beautiful door, poor workmanship, zero after sales support

The door I ordered to be installed in a new construction home has several holes in the grate at the bottom, and there is a 1/2 inch gap all along the threshold under the door. Since these do not have an adjustable threshold, It must have left the factory like this. When I called in about a solution, I was told to go a hardware store and buy a $5 door sweep to drill into my new door. I'm not interested in drilling anything into my door. It should have come capable of sealing without needing modifications. Sam was VERY responsive and friendly before the door was installed. Not so much afterwards...
