I bought tiles for two bathrooms from here, awful service and the prices were higher than other places. After I prove to her that her prices were 30-40% higher than other places she said she can't do anything because they were installed. Then the owner promises to give me better prices but too late, I found places near my house safer closer and cheaper !

I can only speak of this experience. I went in this morning needing some samples and the lady up in front was not very helpful. She had a bad attitude and poor service skills. So I took my budget somewhere else.

The sales representatives were really nice. When I questioned them, they all knew the details about the tiles. The price was also suitable to my budget. Great service!

Best Tile Experts In Town!!!. I'm a home remodeling expert that manages many clients who love tile and who want to install tile to their home. I have been buying from Imperial Tile for a couple of years now and it feels like its been 15 years already :) Whenever I get a new client, the first place I bring them to is Imperial Tile and Stone, because of their beautiful showroom, to help them get better design inspiration for their project. I will help make sure that Imperial Tile and Stone get the credit they deserve for really being the best of the BEST from all Tile shops.

Can't find better than Imperial Tile!!. I've been to over 15 tile stores in Los Angeles and I FINALLY found the tile I was looking for!! Imperial Tile and Stone has EVERYTHING and even the stuff that's hard to find. No wonder they're called "Imperial" :)

No Place Like Imperial Tile and Stone!!. I walked in and felt like I was where I needed to be. the BIGGEST showroom in the Los Angeles, that's for sure. Imperial Tile and Stone has a very experienced staff and I would recommend the world to them..

Beauuuuutiful showroom. The second I stepped foot into the showroom, I knew I was in the right place.. When I saw their product selection, it was kind of hard to choose, but the friendly crew from the Imperial Tile staff were able to asisst me find exactly what was best for my home design.

Imperial is Wowww!!!!. imperial tile and stone is just amazing, they sold me superb quality of basalt tiles it was really nice of them... my family and I are really impressed by their services and they have got many beautiful tiles..

Kudos to Imperial Tiles. Imperial Tile and Stone! I loved the way they were so responsive to my questions. They showed me extreme high quality of products. White marble was very beautiful; it had so much of attraction, I bought it at first. All money I spent was worth; I am much satisfied with their service.
