Good food, absolutley horrible delivery

Though the food was good (albiet a little cold), the real issue was the delivery. Ordering slightly before the lunch rush we were given a delivery time of about 40 minutes. An hour and a half later we were still waiting. Calling we tried to get an estimate and were assured the food would arrive in about 5 minutes. Eventually about 2 hours after we placed our order, the food arrived. Regardless of the excuses, it was highly unacceptable. Delivery simply cannot be an option with this place.
