Worst Customer Service. I don't know where to begin, but this one takes the cake.

went in there and was accused of sending in my family for an item that was suppose to be for individual sale. No where on the advertising does it mention anything about per family. Yes it says 20 per person.

I don't recommend this location to anyone please go to Glendale where the customer service is outstanding.

Just to let the readers know about me... I want nothing but the best customer service given as I am in that Industry and know what customer service is all about. I give the best and no one should expect the worst from any establishment they go to. We deserve better as we are the people. people meaning if it wasn't for us office depot wouldn't have a job today.

Yes! hours are not convenient. The hours are not very convenient anymore, and their customer service seems to be getting worst. They either do not have enough stuff or the one that is available is not always very knowledgeable.

New hours don't work. This was my favorite place to go until they stopped being open 24 hours. For people like me who work during the day, it was very nice. Now I have to take an extra drive to find what I need
