Giggles 'N' Hugs is a restaurant where kids can be kids and parents can just sit back and relax. This is the first truly innovative restaurant created for children to come and play or have their dream birthday party. The restaurant is divided in two with a large play area and sit-down dining area. The interior is painted with different scenes including mermaids in an ocean, animals in a jungle and hot air balloons you could imagine yourself flying in.
The menu is a dream for any parent with healthy and delicious options that your kids will love. The mac 'n cheese dish has hidden butternut squash melted in with the cheese for a secret nutritious advantage. The pizza is always a classic and made fresh daily and the gourmet salads are to die for. Some of the sides include corn on the cob and edamame. This colorful, albeit somewhat chaotic, hybrid eatery offers a healthy haven for Westside parents with toddlers and young children. Think of it as McDonalds PlayPlace Deluxe: Goat cheese salads have replaced Big Macs and germy climbing tunnels have been traded in for more "educational" wooden toys. Murals of castles, rainforests and dinosaurs surround the airy room that's filled half with tables, and half with carpets and mats strewn with riding toys, dolls, balls and games to amuse your toddler while you enjoy your Croque Monsieur and cappuccino. Pay an entrance fee to get in, order food at the counter, and have a table for an hour and unlimited playtime thereafter. Kids and parents can pick from the Cal-Med menu featuring a Bambi's breakfast panini, chocolaty chip pancakes, Caesar salad, pasta primavera, flax seed chicken Milanese and turkey panini.

I love it there.Young or old,it's the place for you!Mike Allen,you are correct!!It IS rad!I'd bring a hot date there too.I can't find a single thing wrong with it!If you DON'T like this place you are crazy!!!!!!!It's the perfect place for any occasion(even for a bachelor party(wink,wink) )I love you Giggles 'N' Hugs!i REALLY DO!

I took my kids here last week and we had a great time!! We saw a magic show that the kids loved. I thought the food was great, more upscale than I expected.

Never again. What if you are there with friends and family and you just want to catch up on family news, while your little one is playing with the other parent in the play area. We found out that they actually enforce a 1 hour maximum on all tables. They claimed we'd been there for much longer than one hour, but I know what time we got there and we were seated for just over an hour. If you are going to have a rule like that you better give everyone a silly little timer to put on their table so that they can stand up the minute it goes off!!! There was no line out the door... Food came promptly, It was OK. Nothing amazing, nothing awful, just OK. The checkout women were very nice, as were the busboys, but others there should consider some lessons in etiquette. Go to VIP Seafood instead, they are friendly, the food is better.
