The first of its kind on the west side. A great place for stay at home moms and dads to kill time and have their children be preoccupied in the indoor playground. It's super safe and the staff are courteous.

Finally Giggles N Hugs comes east of the 405!. Custom built indoor playground, perfect location in the Century City Mall, a godsend on a rainy LA day or for a quick meal meeting with friends! The food is also pretty good and healthy for a kid's themed place. It does get crowded, particularly when the weather is bad.

Great for a few hours for kids under 10 but do not recommend for birthday parties. Customer service was horrible and party was basically ruined for birthday girl. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great for younger kids who may not be able to play at Chuck E Cheese. Best place on earth for a child's birthday party.

I was just there today (Century City Mall) to meet friends and we had a great time. It's clean, spacious and I was able to relax. I recommend going during the week, not crowded. I am a stay at home mom and any place that kills three hours and doesn't drive me crazy gets five stars. Customer service was great and the elf was excellent!

Great place for both parents and kids. Kids have a great time! The food was an unexpected surprise! Yum... we had an awesome time! Love the food, service, staff, and music.

I love this place, my son enjoys it so much. The play area is great and the food is excellent. The employees are very nice, friendly, and I feel that they love me son as much as he loves them. I recommend Giggles N Hugs to all my friends.

All the staff are amazing so so accommodating! Overall, staff provide excellent service and have a great attitude. We love coming to your restaurant and enjoying your service.
