Shipping rates are overpriced. Excessive "flat rate" to send anything, $26 to Canada for a single box of tea. Poor customer care/service due to price gouging.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, the interior is beautiful, both the patrons and customer service reps were unusually friendly and helpful. The outdoor tables feel very secluded and private with a peaceful environment. The tea was amazing-I recommend getting the endless teapot as you can refill your tea with hot water as often as you'd like, and if you don't know what you want, the employees make great recommendations.
