In Short – The fun name matches the vibe of this fro-yo haunt, which serves up new flavors daily, in addition to consistent ones like the popular "white cloud," with a plain but tart taste. Customers are invited to sample other flavors, such as mocha and caramel pecan, before ordering. Several toppings, like fruit and chocolate chips, allow for the freedom to customize the cool treats. Friendly staff complement the bright and clean atmosphere of the store, with nutrition information posted near the counter. – – Hits: Personable employees, a clean environment and lots of…

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STAY AWAY!!
by timotei72
I have been going to this place for a long while and have recommended this place to many! However, today when I went to Yozen Frogurt the owner 'Karin' treated me with utter prejudice. I had simply sampled just 3 items (not all the items on offer as if I was some sort of a serial sampler), of which I had every intention in purchasing in large quantity (not the basic size cup). So as I turned towards the door and explained to the young girl that I am leaving to the car to get the Yozen Frogurt reward cards (of which I had collected many rewards as result of being a frequent visitor until recently) the owner Karin stops me and tells me in an abusive manner 'you can’t leave here after sampling my product!!!'. I explained to her simply that I am just going to the car to get the reward cards so that I can come back to purchase yogurts. Then she stated ‘we don’t do rewards cards’, I was rather baffled and for a minute thought it was some sort of a joke. Then I enquired 'you mean you don’t do it anymore?'. She answered 'NO'. She saw that I was extremely disappointed with her accusation and angry with her treatment, she said ‘ok go and get your card and I will accept it'. Too late, too little at that point.....I stood there in disbelief as to how a proprietor of a business could treat a long standing customer with such prejudice!! I returned from the car, and at this point very appropriately Karin had disappeared. The young girl was very apologetic for her manager’s accusation and treatment towards me; she stated profusely ‘I told her I have seen you here before’. Which also baffled me, so does Karin pick on all new customers in this way?? So do you have to carry some sort of membership card to prove that you are a regular customer there and that if you sample, that you WILL buy yogurt!! I simply gave the girl the hard earned rewards cards (not just for the standard size yogurts, but the quart sizes too) and said ‘no, I don’t want any FREE ones for my rewards. It’s the principle of how she had accused and treated me was disgraceful’. I told her for the principle of the matter, that I will purchase a small amount of yogurt. Which I did and paid for it ($1.20 worth) and told the girl to explain everything to Karin and that I will never visit this place and I will tell all that I had recommended of her treatment towards her paying customers’. For the record any time in the past I had gone to YF, I had always purchased yogurt. She should consider putting a notice to her customers stating ‘If you sample my product, then you MUST make a purchase’. I doubt this is how its done in Germany....Be warned people!
Yummiest yogurt and worth it.
