Lines of raving regulars spill onto the street, where they wait patiently for super-tart swirls of non-fat yogurt. Flavors are minimal, including only vanilla and green tea, but toppings abound with sugary selections like Fruity Pebbles and Captain Crunch, or more adult add-ons like blueberries, mangoes or watermelon.

Fresh and Delicious!!!

How, I love Pinkberry! Let me count the ways! I initially discounted it as a yuppy place, but it's wonderful! The not-too-sweet, yogurty deliciousness is fantastic! I have lost all interest in ice cream! I am wild about the new pomegranate flavor, though all of them are good. The toppings are great but the yogurt is wonderful without it. It's a pretty low calorie treat, as well, as long you don't get the yummy mochi too often. Try the green tea powder, as well. The ambience is great - bright and cute, and I like the fact that they weigh the yogurt each time so you don't feel jipped.
The downtown long beach Pinkberry is in a great spot, near bars and taco/pizza places and the movie theatre, so it's a great way to end a night out. Honestly, I go way out of my way to get there, though!
It is a little expensive, but well worth it. If you turn down your freezer to a lower setting, you can get the large size - about the price of the same amount of Haagen Daaz, and it can last you a while!
