Best ever!. The company seems professional, and the technician was so great. He was nice and worked so hard. My carpets needed restretching and he did such a good job.

Glad I called them.... I was skeptical when I called as the person on the phone did not sound as professional as the company turned out to be. But their customer service was covered by a job wonderfully done...resonably priced, excellently cleaned, and when I called again the customer service even was vastly improved!

friendly, efficient, thorough....couldn't ask for more. The headline pretty much says it all. I will definitely be using them again myself and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the carpets cleaned.

Awsome. I called this guys to clean my house after a party i had, the house was pretty much a mess, the carpet and the furniture were full of stains of whatever, so i called this guys, they came the same day i called and did a hell of a job, not so expensive and very professional, i really liked them

VERY CUSTOMER SRIVcE. please note i never take the time to write a review Good or bad but this company is very bad

DONT USE THESE GUYS, THEY QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE ON THE PHONE THEN WHEN THEY FARM THE WORK TO SOMEONE EALS AND THEN YOU ARE STUCK.

Great Job!. The carpet in my entire apartment was just cleaned by 2 guys from Flat Rate Carpet and my apartment looks so much better. I love clean carpets! They did a great job. Will definitely call again

WARNING, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. DONT USE THESE GUYS, THEY QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE ON THE PHONE THEN WHEN THEY GET TO YOUR HOUSE THEY TELL YOU THATS FOR WATER ONLY, YOU WILL PAY OVER $150 MORE FOR THEM TO USE THEIR PRODUCT ON THE FLOOR OR YOUR TINY 2 BEDROOM APT. RIP OFF!

Great Service. I first found Flat Rate Carpet here on Citysearch and checked out their website. I called and the service was very friendly. I booked an appointment for an estimate to clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I had some dog stains I never thought would come out. I am happy to say they did a perfect job and my house smells like new! AND the prices were very fair for the quality of service I received. Will definitely call again.

True Professionals!. I never expected to find this level of professionalism from a carpet & upholstery cleaner. They truly adore what they do and take an enormous amount of pride in doing a great job. Superb Service!. These guys know what they're doing. All the wine stains on my rug were completely removed from my New Year's ever party. Very nice! You saved me!
