Horrible Front Desk Workers. I have always been very happy with the nail work I leave with when I go. What really turns me off, almost to the point of not returning, is how rude the girls who work the front desk are. They're snippy and do nothing to help or answer questions. They are really bad representatives and if I owned the place I'd be very embarrassed.

Find Another Salon!. Since I live in Toluca Woods, it was very convenient for me to check out this nail salon. Very disappointing to say the least. The fancy massage chair was broken. The place was crowded and incredibly small. My pedicure was half assed and I could have done a better job myself! Save your money and find a better salon where you get your monies worth. First time is a mistake, second time is your own fault.

NOT WORTH IT!!!!. This place is OVERPRICED and OVER RATED. I have been here quite a few times because it is close to my house, but I will never go here again. Paying close to 100 dollars for a standard full set and pedicure is ridiculous, especially when there is nothing special about the way they serve you. In fact the last time I went in to get my nails done the manicurist used the drimmel too close to my cuticles and they began to bleed. She did nothing but put some blue ointment on them and continue the manicure. My nails werent even done decently, within a couple of days the acrylics were already lifting and because the manicurist cut my nail beds the skin was peeling and scabbed and my hands looked disgusting.

I have come to the conclusion that the only clientele they care about are the "hollywood stars" they brag about having as guests, and they could care less about all of its other patrons. Every time I would go in I would have to ask for the coffee that they are supposed to offer to you upon arrival, as well as up sell me on services (like callus removal) that I did not agree to.

My conclusion is that this place is trendy, and for no good reason either. There are plenty of nails salons in Burbank who will do a better job on your nails for a lot less money. So why come here?

Best MAN-icurist !!!!. I was in for a manicure Tony, Tony,Tony, ask me if I was Gel'n. I was like what's that? AKA "daddy" tells me about this new products that was a trend-setter right now for lady that want their polishes to stay on their nails... anywayzzz I gave it a shot. I can't believes it !!! It's stayed on and won't chipped at all, it's about a week later now.. one word put all this to me WOW !!!! Tony, Tony,Tony, he's the MAN-icurist. If you want to know why I put Man-icurist ask him, he's nice and funny comedic person who made my day a very good one!!!

Best Salon In Town!. Besides the fact that they're service is amazing, they have every in-style fashion for your nails in all of cali! Just to name some crazy cool features, they service OPI Gel (which is like polish but lasts you twice as long and doesnt ship or peel!), Minx, and all colors for acrylic powder!!! Very awesome staff! wine and cheese for happy hour! hot coco when your cold, and waxing all done in one place!!! every time I go in there I never want to leave! its a mini get away...so relaxing and soothing!!!! I recommend everyone to go here ASAP!!! heck even take your boyfriends, or younger kids! they have it all for everyone!!!! try it now!!!!!!! :)

a must. i have been going to different nail salons for many years and was never satisfied with the service. today after shopping at vons i was walking to starbucks for a drink and i noticed nail garden and thought i should walk in and check it out. at first i thought the prices were to much for something in burbank. and the receptionist audry helped me out leting me know the prices for each combo and was very friendly and wasnt rushing in explaining the details to me which was a ++. so i gave it a chance and loved how it was a spa chair and a quiet atmosphere as well as english only which was a major + i loved my mani pedi given by lee. plus wine ;] and will definately come back . .. thanks to friendly staff i dont have to look for other salons anymore.

Wow.... Sadly, I am a perfectionist especially when it comes to my nails. The first time i walked into Nail Garden I was automatically impressed. The atmosphere is very friendly thanks to the receptionists & manicurists and the salon itself is in grade A shape. I never get disappointed by the cleanliness level because it is always sparkling. They always do an excellent with my nails, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great Salon!. im usually a very picky person when it comes to choosing the right nail salon. My first experience with nail garden at the burbank location was amazing. The manicurists were very attentive and professional. They started conversing with me and asking me how everything was which i found to be very helpful because they were so focused on my needs. I also loved the fact that they have a clean enviornment. All of their equipment was sealed and sanitized and i was thrilled.

The complimentary coffee is a huge plus

my experience at nail garden was great and im happy i took the chance!!

Best Pedicure. I love nail garden, i went in there expecting it to be like every other nail salon but in my shock i was wrong!! They where all so freindly and nice and i live in Burbank so this is soo convenient for me. I got a pedicure done and it wa so relaxing,the atmosphere was so calming, and the place looks like an actual garden. I found my new nail salon!!!

Best Nail Salon in TowN!. I usually go to the Nail Garden in Studio City, but I live closer to this one in Burbank, so I decided to try it out. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and nice. She listened to what I wanted and how I like my nails done in. So i started with one of their nail techs who was also very sweet. She spoke English with me and made me feel comfortable.My nails turned out the way I wanted them. I was very pleased with my nails and happy with the job that was done. Everyone at the salon handled it really well. I think the design of this Burbank location is really nice, and it was very sparkling clean!!
