packages/contract SCAM

I had been a "member" of Le Beach Club (Beverly Blvd) for years, just paying a monthly fee until they said they weren't offering it anymore and that I had to buy a package deal or single tans. That's where they pulled the scam.

You buy packages with a certain amount of tans, but what they don't tell you is that they expire. The manager said that you buy a membership, and memberships expire after a year. The package I bought said 20 tans, with no indication of expiration, since there was a specific number.....long story short, I moved away for 6 months, didn't use the tans and they "expired". The manager said that he would give me back the tans I had ALREADY PURCHASED if I would buy more. Let me see, buy more when I had already have 10 tans left? On top of it, he could not provide any signature or proof that I agreed (signed) any contract stating they expire. I called a couple times and he wouldnt get back to me. I LOST OUT ON HALF OF MY "PACKAGE DEAL" or about $125.

THERE ARE A LOT OF OPTIONS OUT THERE, I WOULD SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONOR WHAT YOU PURCHASED.

Le Beach Club Saved My Vacation

I recently was tanning for a vacation and I had originally went to a different "popular" tanning salon. Long story short- I burnt so bad there I was close to blistering up. I went to Le Beach Club about 2 weeks before my vacation (after the burn went away of course) and the staff there was so helpful. They asked all the necessary questions about when I was leaving, if I burn easily, if I'll be tanning after I come back etc. Le Beach Club on Beverly and in Sherman Oaks (close to where I work) saved my vacation. I did not burn at all and I will gladly go back to maintain my amazing tan from Mexico.

• Pros: Beautiful salon, parking validated, garage below, early and late hours!!!
• Cons: ????????????

WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I was a first time customer at the Beverly Center Le Beach Club a few days ago. I have done every type of Mystic Tan that there is and the Premium sollution that Le Beach Club provides is the best I have ever used. I usually turn an orangish color and my feet and hands never turn out, but the staff at Le Beach Club told me the tricks of the trade that work for them and they totally worked for me as well. My time is worth a lot and that fact that I know I won't have to come back for another week is well worth the price that I paid (which was comparable to other places I visited in LA). I would like to thank the staff at Beverly Center for all their time and dedication to making sure that my Mystic Tan turned out just the way I wanted it. I will definetly be back and I will never go anywhere else in LA.

• Pros: Clean salon, friendly- well educated staff, parking below was very convenient!!!
