A Mill. Dealing with the " lemon law" can be confusing. The way this firm deals with their clients is to send form letter after form on what the process is. Yes the manufacturer took my car back but with Norman Taylor's associates'.......nothing is painless.

Very Helpful. They were very helpful with my 2011 Ford Fusion Lemon Law case and walked me throught the process and gave me the idea to write a final demand letter for which got my car bought back! Very good with follow through and knowledgable.

BEST EXPERIENCE. I'm not one to hire an attorney for anything, but my car problems were just ridiculous. With a 9 month old baby and another baby on the way, I felt nervous driving my lemon vehicle around. I finally decided to call an attorney.

When I spoke with one of the representatives about my case he was very friendly and very informative. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel very safe in hiring them.

Throughout the entire process I was treated as if I was the only customer. My calls were returned promptly and questions were always answered in an efficient and timely manner. I highly HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone having difficulties with their car.

Satisfied Customer. My car was an utter nightmare, but Norman Taylor & Associates got it bought back by the manufacturer quickly and easily. All the folks there are friendly and helpful and communicative. I highly recommend them.

Professional and Efficient A+. I contacted various firms when looking into the lemon law. Norman Taylor & Associates was honest, straightforward, and didn't promise me the moon and stars. They were very grounded.

They understood my situation and made sure I understood the process. At first I went through an out of court process and the manufacturer didn't offer anything. I was very disappointed that the manufacturer wouldn't take responsibility. My car was giving me way too many problems and I was tired of putting up with the dealer.

Luckily, the firm felt I had a strong enough case to proceed and stood by my side. I let them handle it. I was nervous at first, but they made sure I was informed every step of the way and all of my questions were handled promptly. We filed a lawsuit and we were able to come to a settlement that I was VERY happy with.

Thank you Norman Taylor and Associates for being professional and efficient.

Worst Experience. We had the worst experience ever. We are very disappointed in the way that Norman & Taylor handled our matter. Norman & Taylor after reviewing our paperwork advised us that we had a great case against Mercedes. After reading their demand letter, I was in shock. The letter was a boilerplate and did not include any of the facts and problems that we were having. Of course, Mercedes denied their request to buy back the car. After they advised us of the same, and we told them to go ahead with the case and file a lawsuit, they never advised us of what else we could do. We didn't even get any response from Mr. Taylor until we told one of his employees that we were going to complain to the State Bar. Mr. Taylor emailed me 10 days after our rejection of our offfer and advised us that they cannot previal in litigation. That is after they had reviewed our file in its entirety and told us that we had a good case. I don't recommend them and I will file a complaint against them.

Genuwine Help. Just want to say they are great. At times its hard to find genuwine help. Every time I call their office, Helen is always available to help. I never received such great service, and actually gave me the chance to ask my quuestions. Helen is the best and I will recommend her and the law office to anyone. Trust me go with Norman Taylos and Associates.

Quick, Easy, and worry free.... The staff at Norman Taylor and assoc...are the lemon law experts ... Laura makes everything smooth and Graydon puts the manufacturer in their place....I couldn't reccomend a more reliable, proffesional law firm its as if they not only wrote the book on lemon laws but they read the book too....thanks for all the hard work
