Most enjoyable effective work out ever!!. I discovered "Mind Muscle Fitness" and Griffins kettlebell bootcamp through a Lifebooker promotion. I had no real idea what "kettlebells" were, and was a little intimidated by the word "bootcamp", being that I didn't consider myself extremely physically fit. Walking into class the first day was reassuring, as there were people of every age, size, sex, and fitness level. Griffin was very patient with the newbies, while still challenging the long timers. I've always been a little wary of workout "classes", but after the first class was hooked! The classes are fun, intense, challenging, and leave you feeling like you accomplished something. My body has gotten thinner in all the right spots, and more muscular in all the right parts, and this is just after two months!! Psychologically, I've never felt so good either...not ONLY the endorphin rush (which I love) but I feel really proud of myself after each work out. Griffin is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has programs he can discuss with you if this is an area of concern. Try it, you won't be disappointed you did!!!
Griffin is the best!.
I came to Griffin with some serious breathing issues and absolutely no exercise background.
With no judgement, just support and enthusium (and a great sense of humor), Griffin assured me that I could get into shape and that it would have a profound impact on my health and well-being.

It's Bootylicious!. I've been with Griff almost two years now and love, love, love his classes! He's incredibly attentive to form, he pushes me when I'm feeling less than inspired, and best of all, I've seen great results since I've been kettlebelling. I recommend his classes to anyone looking to take charge and get in their best shape ever!
Best Kettlebell Training. I’ve started attending kettl ebell training with Griffin in August. The benefits were almost instantaneous as I’ve regained strength in my arms and increase in energy. His knowledge, motivation and detailed instruction have helped me to get back in shape in a short period time and be able to maintain it. If you want a dynamic, safe and quality workout with lots of fun this is the place.
A killer workout!.
I've been taking the kettlebell workout class for almost 2 years now and I'm addicted. It started as a twice a week supplemental workout to change things up and now it's become my main workout 3 or 4 times a week.
The classes are fun, the people are great, and Griffin (the instructor) makes it easy to learn and adapt to whatever level your at. The class goes by so fast and before you know it you've gotten a cardio, strength training, and core workout in one. I highly recommend this class to anyone.
Fantastic overall fitness program.
After ending 30 years of training and performing as a professional classical ballet dancer, I have finally found a great program for maintanining overall fitness.
Weight training proved to be static, tedious and -frankly- boring. Yoga's spiritual references seem to be more off-putting than inspirational to me. I'd already done years of Pilates training as a classical dancer and was not satisfied with what it has morphed into.
Griffin's kettle bell classes are full of natural momentum movement that combines weight resistance with endurance and flexibility. Not since the days of my ballet training has working out so hard felt so simple, fun and rewarding.
A great training experience. Griffin has been my personal trainer for about one month. In that month, I've managed to shed about 10 pounds of fat and see a steady increase in the weight I can handle as well as my stamina and endurance. I was unfamiliar with kettle bells when I first met him, and training in general, but I have come to fully appreciate their effectiveness in building stength and muscle while also providing a thorough cardio workout. Griffin mixes other types of training in with kettle bells, so I am constantly being challenged and not getting into a rut with any given workout. He is also incredibly motivational and makes it easy to believe in what I am accomplishing. Without getting too hokey, he really does provide fitness training for your muscles and your mind.
Griffin's Kettle Bell Class is Worth Checking Out. I was a late converter to kettle bells. I thought they looked funny and I generally believed in old school weights because I saw results. Well, a few months into using kettle bells, I was pleasantly impressed with the change in my body. Griffin's kettle bell workout allows me to work my core, build muscles and get a cardio workout at the same time. It is a well rounded workout. Griffin changes the workout, so it never gets boring and now I find myself sneaking out of work early to make his classes. I strongly encourage others to check the classes out.
Best Combination of Cardio & Weight Training Workout.
I have only been attending this kettlebells class once a week for a couple months once and my body has totally changed! I'm not a very athletic individual so I was a little worried about my first class, but because you can customize how much weight you use I ended up doing pretty well.
Kettlebells first interested me because it provides the toning of weight-training and the fat-burning of cardio in one class.
I expecially like the fact that this unique workout causes your body to continue to burn calories 8 to 24 hours following the class. I don't have a lot of free time and this is a great way for me to maximize the effects of one workout.
Griffin White, the instructor, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and hands-on. His energy and enthusiam is one of my favorite things about the class. Also, he offers a free introductory class -- try it once and you'll see what an amazing workout it is!
Very effective for weight loss and muscle tone. I was pleasantly surprised to see how effective Kettle Bell training is and how quickly it works! I find Griffin White to be an extremely motivating instructor with his own unique and highly effective approach to teaching Kettle Bell. The classes combined with some valuable coaching I received from Griffin on how to change my diet helped me to lose more than 11 pounds in under 6 weeks. I have recommended his classes to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Griffin!
