OMG! NOT EVEN CLOSE TO GOOD!. Just a boring place filled with boring people who couldn't cut hair if there life depended on in! They didn't come close to doing what I asked for! Next time I need a hair cut I'm going to give a pair of Scissors to a baby and it just do what ever and save myself the 60 bucks cause trust me its the same thing!

the review below is not for our salon location. the review below titled "good concept, mediocre cut" is actually for our other location that was in beverly hills but is no longer opened. it is not for the eagle rock salon.

Good concept, mediocre cut. I decided to give the loft a try after reading all of the great reviews on Citysearch and looking at their website. It's in a really easy to find location with surprisingly easy parking. The salon itself is very open and welcoming and all of the people that work there are all really nice. I love the idea of being as eco-friendly as possible also.

However, that's about all I liked. I booked my appointment for a cut with Lynda. Their website shows that cuts for women cost $55-$75. The menu, which I wasn't given until I was walking out the door, has haircuts that run up to $115. I was charged even higher than that for a mediocre haircut that I could have gotten at Supercuts or Fantastic Sams.

I love the concept of being an eco-friendly salon and I don't doubt that there are some amazing stylists at the loft, but after the extreme difference in advertised prices for haircuts and the outrageous price I was charged for my extremely average cut, I will not be returning to the loft.

Great Hair Cut & Color. I recently visited The Hair Loft and had a wonderful experience. Clay was my stylist/colorist and he did an amazing job. He listened to what I wanted for cut and color and it was delivered it as promised. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgable. The fact that they use organic color and products is an added bonus.

I wish I could afford to go on a regular basis.

Great salon experience!. Anthony's been doing my hair for the last couple of years. He uses natural coloring products which don't have the eye stinging effect of traditional dyes, and takes the time needed to make sure that the color and cut are perfect by the time I leave. The salon has a relaxed and comfortably chic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A stylist worth knowing!. My friend recommended Marin at The Loft Hair Lounge and let me just say that the girl get's it. She really listens and made me look great. Can't wait to go back!

The Best Salon Ever!. the loft hair lounge & green spa, is by far the best atmosphere I have ever worked in! I am now working at their new location located in Beverly Hills. Fabulous, warm, friendly staff. Upscale salon with out the attitude! You will be greeted by our lovely receptionist, offered a beverage of your choice, whether it be water, soft-drink, or wine. The trickling sound of water will relax you while you wait for your service.

It's a full service spa & salon, natural products are used for a relaxing facial or massage. Need a manicure or pedicure? We offer that too! Did I mention there is also internet access for our busy clients, that need to work while they wait.?

The owners work hard to ensure you receive the very best service, not to mention they are environmentally conscious.

I LOVE this place, and you will too! :)

I love the LOFT!. So, I've been coming to the Loft to get my hair did since its inception a little over a year ago. Hands down, it is my favorite salon ever! Casual, hip, and friendly. My stylist, Christina, has never once given me a bad cut, and always has ideas on what I should do with my 'do. Combine the great cut with the relaxing atmosphere and then toss in a scalp massage that brings me close to climax . . . you get an award winning recipe for repeat business. EVERYONE should come here!!!!!
