very nice 1-stop-spa. Easy free parking, and very friendly service.

Chai gave an excellent massage, and Cindy gave an excellent facial. She took her time (although she walked out of the room a lot) and my skin feels great....

I'm very happy I found Narai.

Great Experience!. I get my back waxed about once every month or so. I usually go to a location in the Beverly Hills area, but it's really out of my way considering I live in Sherman Oaks. I found Narai Thai Spa with Citysearch so I gave it a shot.

Cindy was very friendly, did a great job, and the price was great. I'm planning on going back to Cindy going forward.

GREAT SERVICE. I came to the spa to get a wax and she was amazing. i am extremely scared of getting waxed because they always hurt me so when i came here i was shocked at the fact that she took her time. She even called one of her clients to make sure that she would have enough time for me. she went the extra mile and her price are so low. the lowest ive seen actually. she went way above and beyond with her services and she deserve whatever tip you can spare!!

Great place for happiness is here. I am customer of Narai Thai Spa for more than 2 years.

After I start facial skin care there I am looking younger and feel healthier. I am lucky meeting Cindy, she is the best facialist I have ever met.

She is very professional and provides treatment in very pleasant atmosphere, knows how to get the best result with my skin.

Her personality is great also. Prices are very reasonable.

Heaven. I have never been to such a warm and friendly environment. It's extremely clean, and has a warm vibe. The staff is wonderful, and greet you with such love. Very attentive and always make sure the client is satisfied. Once i stepped into Narai Thai Spa, and experienced the massages and different kinds of treatments, i fell in love and have been coming there ever since. Narai Thai Spa is inexpensive and the deals are unbelievable. Massages are like heaven>> I fall asleep instantly :D .. last but not least the owner Cindy gives the best waxes and facials around. I suggest her to all my friends and family, and they always come to her when they need to get something done. Her hands are very soft and gentle. She does the job fast, painless, and keeps everything clean and organized> the best part is that she uses different wax for each body part wich i love. Make long story short love the place love the people couldn't be happier.

Unprofessional. The session started when the woman waiting on me left the room to take a phone call, and I could hear her giggling from the hallway. I told her I wanted to get the waxing done for a special event, and she said that she would then go "slow, so it was extra good." I was fine with this, except for the fact that she decided to charge me 5 additional dollars for going slow, despite part of the reason it took so long was because she was on the phone for 10 minutes. I have no problem paying a lot for good service, but this place was clearly not up to par.

The Best Thai Massage!!. I have had several Thai massage's and Narai is by far the best! I am heavily active as I run and play sports. I am often sore and have tight muscles after a lot of activity and Narai is where I go. I have been there three times now and I won't go anywhere else. They combine deep muscle massaging with stretching and hit all the right pressure points. When I leave I always feel great.

BEST DEALS!! BEST SERVICE!!. I WALKED IN NARAI THAI SPA THE OTHER DAY FOR A BRAZILIAN WAX. CINDY THE ONWER GAVE ME THE BEST WAX I EVER HAD!..FIRST SHE IS SUPER CLEAN, I MEAN GLOVES, CLEAN PRODUCTS, CLEAN ROOM...THEN SHE IS SUPER GENTLE, SHE DOES NOT RUSH AND SHE GETS THE JOB DONE. I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL AND NO BRUISING!! THAT NEVER HAPPENNED BEFORE. AFTER I LEFT VERY SATISFIED SHE TOLD ME ABOUT HER SPECIAL $100 FOR FACIAL AND MASSAGE..I BOOKED THE NEXT DAY AND LET ME TELL YOU I NEVER FELT SO RELAXED, DEFINETLY NOT A CHOP SHOP SPA..THEY ARE SOOOOO NICE, SOOOO PROFESIONAL AND INNEXPENSIVE!! 2 Thumbs up.. I am a women who works hard and I get stressed and sometimes my back muscles get really tight. Well I just discovered this place and it is great. Lots of signs are there so it is easy to find. There is parking. But the best thing is that you get a great massage. And the price is right too. Friendly and homey atmosphere are also a plus. Give it a try you will be addicted.

Go there!. I went to Narai Spa on my 14th birthday and it was everything I could every have hoped for. The massage was amazing! I felt so comfortable the whole time and i LOOVED the facial. My skin was so soft and silky afterwards. They were also so nice! They bought me some amazing cake from Aroma free of charge. Overall, this place is great. It felt very legit and fancy, especially for ventura boulevard. You should really check it out, you will not be dissapointed!
