Get Bottle Service @ Crownbar!. Crown Bar..... WOW! What a sexy place filled with the best looking people in town. No wonder Seth Greene likes to chill here... The whole place just has a great vibe. Glamourous without being over the top. Classy without being pretentious... Love it here! One of the tougher doors though, so get on Jack's list. He is a hwgueslist@gmail and never disappoints. Crown Bar is the place to be!

Guest List Gurlz. Crown Bar is definitely my favorite spot in town that's been around a while and stood the test of time in LA nightlife. Additionally it's one of the few places that is fun to check out on any given Friday-Sunday night, actually one of the few good places on a Sunday night.

The staff and service here is great which always helps, however it is a tough door and reserving a table would be the way to go to avoid waiting in line.

Crown Bar, a restaurant/lounge that attracts a powerful Industry crowd and celebrities who love/need them. It’s no wonder why. It's Hollywood glam meets 1940s gentleman's club. There are three distinct areas—lounge, dining area, front patio—situated around a circular white marble bar. There is also a color palette that ranges from milk chocolate (the banquettes) to mahogany (the floors, tables) to amber (the lighting). All three bars have one great thing in common: weekly DJ sets by Michelle Pesce, an A-list DJ who can get even the coolest kids singing at the top of their lungs.

So much fun!. First of all it's hard to get ppl who are satisfied to write a review it's always the complainers who get in here to write something bad. This place is so much fun! They play awsome music and the ambiance is fabulous! This is actually my favorite place in LA right now! Sometimes it's hard to get in but if ur a guy bring a couple hot girls and ull get it in easy as pie! ;)

Terrible service ruined the evening.. Had a good friend flying into town for the weekend, so I wanted to have a special night and get a small group of friends together for drinks. I reserved a table for 6 with bottle service (which was way overpriced, over $325 for a lousy $30 bottle of Vodka), and figured at least I would get 6 names on the list to make sure my friend would be able to get in since his plane was landing at 11pm and was going to meet us at the bar. However, despite being on the list, my friend, and another friend that picked him up from the airport couldn't even get into the bar.

After talking with Jacquelyn Quesada, the director of events, she tried to deny the fact that my friends were even on the list, until she checked her email and I pointed out the two names. She then disappeared to get my friends, but somehow they still did not get in. The entire night was ruined, and I couldn't even have a good time because I was frantically trying to send text messages back and forth with my friends outside. I also ordered fries at one point and they never came.

I talked to the owner of the bar, Chris, and complained about the lack of service and how my friends were turned away (despite how much I was paying for bottle service), and he just angrily yelled at me that people on the list don't get in after 11pm (which was never communicated to me when I made reservations), and started cussing at me. He was very rude and unprofessional, and his callous attitude is reflected in the poor service from his employees. Going to Crown Bar was a big mistake, don't waste your time and money there.

HORRIBLE. If zero stars was an option that is the review i would give. This was the most horrible experience i have ever had at a Hollywood bar. I was there last weekend and was kicked out when i requested that the waitress stop stepping on my shoes. When i asked her to do this she threatened to kick me out. I don't know if the woman was defensive due to low self esteem issues exacerbated by the fact that she was working at a bar and had no goals or hope in life. There was no need to take it out on me. I'm sorry but this was just pathetic.

best food ever. strong drinks. ridiculously delicious crabcakes and dessert.. After dining there the first time I had to go back.

All in all, I've had the hamburger-ridiculously good, the short rib-friend loved it, the fish, the sushi appetizer, the pan-pizza appetizer, the crabcakes + watermelon w/balsamic dressing app--PHENOM!!, and the steak... among a couple others I may have missed. I had a couple different desserts there too, and there's some form of warm caramel heaven a la mode that they have that just makes me want to die in ecstasy.

All I have to say is I don't understand what happened with the other reviewer... b/c the food is INSANELY delicious!!! Maybe that person's trying to hoard the place to his/herself!! I kid. Place gets packed, though. Reservations are a must.

Oh-warning, the drinks are pretty stiff. A little too strong for girly-girl drinkers like myself, buuuut... it's better to err on the side of being too strong, I think. ;)
