This casual California eatery serves up healthy dishes for vegetarians and meat lovers to enjoy in harmony.. In Short
Everyone from neighborhood families to executives fill the large oak booths that line the walls of Natural Café. The airy restaurant is decorated with oversized Buddhas and colorful paintings from local artists. Fresh and natural meats and veggies are incorporated into each meal to create healthy alternatives to eating out. The menu offers an array of vegetarian and meat dishes, from the natural cobb salad with veggie bacon to the Mt. Fuji chicken stir fry. The menu also offers tasty smoothies that are only made with fruit and juice no fillers. A large selection of freshly-baked desserts is also available.

Healthy Yummy Food. I first went to Natural Cafe in Santa Barbara and I'm happy to say it's as good there as it is here! When it comes to eating out it's hard to be healthy, but this is the place to go for a good alternative to fried food. Everything on the menu that I have tried is really good. The salads are great especially the Cobb with a side of tofu (this isn't your average tofu). I also love the Zen burger that has a special sauce that is excellent. Natural Cafe also offers organic coffee and teas. They are now serving wild fish instead of farmed too, which is an added bonus!
