Forget This place. My dogs stayed over a weekend at Urban dog and never again. The staff couldn't follow feeding instructions and the dogs were not feed properly, came home hungry. I think the staff were afraid of the dogs, even tho my dogs have spent years in daycare and love everyone, not here. Not enough room to run for large dogs and kind of gloomy inside. Web camera doesn't work and I had hoped while I was away to watch the dogs and check in on them. With the web camera not working, that wasn't possible.

Frustrating!!!. I had my dog there for the day and he had very loose stool and pooped three times on my way home, which leads me to believe that he ate something wrong... The place is so loud and small, I really don't see how it is enjoyable. They have too many dogs packed in such a small space. They spray the dogs with water. Not good.

The Best!!. The best!! The staff at Urban Dog really cares about your pet and my dog enjoys her playtime there. The dogs are separated by size and personality, the areas are kept very clean, and I like the fact that I can check things out on their webcam. I see that dog messes are immediately cleaned up. My dog never comes home 'smelling like a dog'. And their hours make dropping off and picking up my dog much more flexible than other places.

I love this place!!!. My doggie loves it here! It's such an awesome place. Whether I'm running errands and don't want to leave her home alone, or I'm out of town for a couple of days, I know my baby will be in good hands if i leave her here.

Playful dog. I had to go out of town on short notice and was in desperate need of a kennel to board my little one. I called several places and then ran across Urban Dog Playcare and was impressed when I talked to them on the phone. I was even more impressed that my dog felt right at home when I dropped him off. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Urban Dog!. I adopted an adorable French Bulldog puppy from South Korea. I was ready to throw in the towel until I phoned Urban Dog, in tears! Bring her on over, they said. My dog's second home is at Urban Dog. If I don't bring her there to play, her day is not complete. I have had to go out of town several times and since it's her home away from home, she is perfectly comfortable staying there. The staff, trainer, and owner are all knowledgeable, courteous, fun and know their dogs! There is very, very little turnover. Some staff members have been there for years. I know many new places pop up on the map, but this place has been in business with long-term customers for over 14 years. I highly recommend it and wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else. They've gone over and beyond the call of duty, especially when my dog had surgery and she was weaning her way back into normalcy. They helped her lovingly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend Urban Dog and am so grateful I happened upon them over a year ago.

Great daycare. Urban dog is awesome! Thanks to a caring staff, good prices, and a convenient location, our pup doesn't need to stay home while we work. A++++

Dumb people bring their dogs here. Urban Dog is filled with Stupid heads. If you talk to someone in front they are a stupid head. all the people working there are stupid heads. they should change their name to stupid head.

I loved this place. As a new puppy owner, I felt very nervous about leaving my toy Maltese here for the first time BUT these fears were quickly dispelled by the super caring staff, their professionalism, and the way that the facilities were introduced to BOTH of us (important no?).

My calls to Urban Dog to check up on her were always welcomed making me feel like I was calling a personal babysitter!

I LOVE this place and even like the interview process as it demonstrates their level of responsibility and awareness of different dog personalities.

(PS: I'm confused by the bad reviews here - did their dog not get in?)

Don't believe these negative postings.... I have brought my dog (Bridget) here for almost 4 years and have never witnessed anything like what some of these posters have described. They are probably from some disgruntled former employee who was fired. If you look carefully, you'll notice lots of similarity in the writing style of the postings. Kim (owner) is a true pro and Jan (manager) is an experienced trainer. I trust these people with Bridget and have been doing so 3 days per week and on some holidays. My dog is my best friend and I would not give my business to a place if they were not kind, caring and professional. Take it from a REAL customer - Urban Dog is a very good doggy day care.
