Rude and Overpriced

I've used the service before and was satisfied with the experience.
This time I felt like the charges were excessive- nearly $100 /hr - for basic housecleaning.
I called to express my displeasure and I was completely blown off.
- Pros: Will show up on short Notice
- Cons: Overpriced, Poor Communication Skills
